Abstract: A security bar providing improved security from breach is obtained with the use of a plurality of free rolling inner bars. Illustratively, three inner rolling bars, arranged in a triangular relationship, are provided inside a cylindrically hollowed out outer bar, thereby ensuring that no inner bar can be attacked simultaneously from opposing sides thereof. The inner bars may be surrounded with a ring of ball bearings to provide for their ability to roll freely in place with respect to the outer bar. Electronic monitoring of the security bar identifies attempts to breach the security bar.
Abstract: A universal garage door operating system and method. In one embodiment, a vehicle transmitter is provided transmitting a wireless garage door transmitter control signal. A control module is provided for mounting in a structure such as a garage, and is adapted to receive a wireless garage door transmitter. The control module includes a receiver for receiving the garage door transmitter control signal, a controller for generating a garage door transmitter actuator control signal in response to the garage door transmitter control signal, and an actuator for actuating the garage door transmitter in response to the garage door actuator control signal so that the garage door transmitter transmits a wireless garage door control signal for use in operating a garage door.
Abstract: A lightweight cabin construction fabricated of a plurality of readily available lumber and plywood parts. The parts are worked to render them easily interfitting. All of the cabin construction materials may be easily transported in knocked-down condition and are designed to be easily assembled on the job site. The invention also includes a portable foundation which can be employed with the cabin construction for assembly at the job site.
