Abstract: A concentrated slurry comprises a high molecular weight polymer, a carrier, a wetting agent, and dispersant. The slurry is characterized by its ability to reduce turbulent flow and skin friction thereby reducing drag of a vessel when the slurry is mixed with water and dispersed in a thin sheet along the surface of a vessel.
