Patent number: 5675952Abstract: This relates to a workpiece particularly a simulated raised panel door as used on furniture and kitchen cabinets. Such doors are fabricated from a single sheet of core material and have a panel section machined into its face. In certain specific instances it is desired that the corners of the machined panel section be square and at best of very low radii. Because of this corner design it is virtually impossible and definitely time consuming to machine such corners in volume. The problem is solved by using preformed corner plugs inconjunction with a machined core. The core is composed of standard fiberboard material with a panel section machined into its face and plug housings machined into the face of the core at the panel section's proposed square corners. The corner plug is composed of a plastic material formed in part to that of a typical woodworking plug of cylindrical shape and a square inside corner section formed into the face and edge of the plug.Type: GrantFiled: June 21, 1996Date of Patent: October 14, 1997Inventor: Nicholas A. In the horizontally oriented top portions of the wall where the pigmented cements are substantially thicker than the layers of pigmented cements monolithically joined to the vertical oriented portions of the wall so that these portions, which are subject to chipping and the like during handling and use will retain their aesthetically pleasing appearance. In the molding process, ribs on the mold surface which will form the grooves have a retardant applied thereto so that the cement forming the mortar joint will set at a slower rate than the rest of the body of the concrete wall and when removed from the mold can be brushed. When the wall is in the form of a road barrier, the ends are provided with a conical projection and a conical recess, respectively, to provide coupling between adjacent wall units.Type: GrantFiled: April 26, 1984Date of Patent: May 19, 1987Inventor: Silvio Diana

Patent number: 4572699Abstract: A paving stone, especially a concrete paving stone, serving for the paving of gardens and parks, paths, etc., is proposed. So that the paving stone laid out in a continuous system gives the best possible natural appearance, practical handling is guaranteed and strength is provided to an unrestricted degree, the side surfaces of the paving stone are designed as plane surfaces, but the transitional surfaces between the side surfaces and the upper surface are rounded and designed in such a way that the limiting line which is visible when seen from above is curved. The lateral limiting line between the transitional surface and the plane side surface is also shaped as a curved line, that is to say the corners are drawn down. For universal use, there are various construction sizes matching one another and special corner stones or curved stones which allow space-saving laying in a composite structure.Type: GrantFiled: December 16, 1983Date of Patent: February 25, 1986Assignee: Hans Rinninger u. Patent number: 4189888Abstract: Although utilizing an inverted T-bar suspension grid, this ceiling system presents a continuous decorative relief pattern that is visually uninterrupted by T-bars. To this end, each ceiling panel consists of a thin plastic sheet molded to form a three-dimensional decorative relief pattern of symmetric design. The T-bar flanges are covered with thin plastic facing strips having repetitive geometric design elements relief molded therein. Each ceiling panel also includes a molded peripheral shoulder recessed from the adjacent panel surface by an amount at least equal to the combined thickness of the T-bar flange and the facing strip. When the panels are supported by the grid with the recessed shoulders seating on the T-bar flanges, the facing strip design elements align with the symmetric relief pattern of the ceiling panel to present a visually uninterrupted decorative ceiling.Type: GrantFiled: March 2, 1978Date of Patent: February 26, 1980Inventor: Jacob H.
