  • Patent number: 10479538
Abstract: The present invention discloses an external vacuum sealer comprising a case, a heating adhesive strip, a heating band assembly and a lifting mechanism that all are installed in the case. The heating band assembly is set up underneath the heating adhesive strip, and is attached to the lifting mechanism. A plastic bag is disposed between the heating adhesive strip and the heating band assembly; the lifting device is able to drive the heating band assembly up such that the heating band assembly approaches the heating adhesive strip until the plastic bag is compressed and sealed; the lifting mechanism is also able to drive the heating band assembly down such that the heating band assembly can be far from the heating adhesive strip and the plastic bag. The lifting mechanism includes a pump unit that connects to the air pipe via the magnetic valve. The present invention enhances the production efficiency.

  • Patent number: 10308384
Abstract: A method for packing stacked bundles made of papers. An operator firstly arranges three bundles of paper towels laterally and put the three bundles in a packaging member. As the packaging member, a commercially available bag made of polyethylene is used. Next, by using a vacuum apparatus, in order to produce a vacuum packaged body, air in the packaging member is sucked until the thickness of the bundles is reduced to a half or so. Next, a plurality of the vacuum packaged bodies is packed in a corrugated cardboard box. The vacuum packaged body can be gradually swelling when several hours pass since vacuum-packaging. Finally, the operator seals the corrugated cardboard box.

  • Patent number: 7047709
Abstract: An automated, fully programmable, and adaptable device fills straws or straw-like packages with any type of flowing, or flowable, liquid. A straw is dropped from a hopper down chutes into a capture area where it is held and filled with liquid, after which it is sealed. The straw dropping, capture, filling, and sealing actions are preferably automatically controlled by a preprogrammed electronic controller. The major elements of a typical embodiment of the invention include means for dropping a straw or other receptacle into a fixed mounting position consistently, optional means for heating fluids throughout the fill process, means for filling the receptacle, and means for sealing the receptacle. The straw hopper has a retractable slide plate at its base that slides back to allow only one straw at a time to fall through the chutes into the capture area. In the preferred embodiment, the slide plate at the bottom of the hopper moves back and forth in a predefined fully programmable sequence.
