One method includes generating at least a first template of the mobile message and a second template of the mobile message, each of the first template and the second template having at least a different content or a different send time, assigning a respective group of mobile message recipients to the first template of the mobile message and the second template of the mobile message, determining automatically whether the first template of the mobile message has a statistical advantage over the second template of the mobile message through testing, and sending the mobile message of the first template to a remainder of the planned mobile message recipients when the first template of the mobile message is determined to have the statistical advantage over the second template of the mobile message.

Abstract: Systems, devices, media, instructions, and methods are provided for presentation of media collections with automated interactive advertising. In one embodiment, a client device receives content elements for display as part of a content collection. Advertising data is also received for display between selected content elements. Interaction elements are merged with the create an advertising element. During display of the advertising data, the interaction elements are presented on the client device output, and are controllable via user inputs. In various embodiments, interaction data recorded at the device is used to manage the presentation of future advertising data.

Abstract: A method for managing a client environment includes monitoring, by an upgrade management agent, the client environment for an application abstention by a plurality of client devices of the client environment, in response to the monitoring, obtaining device configuration information corresponding to each of the plurality of client devices, performing a text pre-processing on the device configuration information to obtain pre-processed information, applying a relational analysis to the pre-processed information to obtain a normalized context reference for application abstention corresponding to the plurality of client devices, and performing a clustering algorithm on the normalized context reference to generate a processed client intent dataset.

Abstract: A method for authentication of chat bots includes determining that a first chat bot is authenticated, by a server, for first session communication at a first chat session with a first chat application instance. The first chat session is hosted by a first chat service. The method includes determining authentication intent to authenticate, with the server, a second chat bot for a second session communication at a second chat session with a second chat application instance. The second chat session is hosted by a second chat service, where the first chat bot and the second chat bot simulate respective chat application instances. The method also includes providing authentication credentials, via the first chat session, to authenticate the second chat bot with the server for the second session communication.

Abstract: According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method, a system, and an apparatus are presented for mediating ambiance outputs among a plurality of users located in a common area. In some implementations, said ambiance outputs can be adaptive or interactive shared digital works. In other implementations, said ambiance outputs can be shared mediated augmented reality. In other implementations, said ambiance outputs can be the result of hierarchical schemes and algorithms. In another embodiment a method, system, and apparatus is presented for extracting and/or storing previously tagged items from a digital work.

Abstract: Systems and methods for natural language processing policies are disclosed. For example, content such as a response to a user command and/or user input such as a customer review, may be analyzed to determine if the content deviates from one or more content policies and to determine a severity of the content-policy deviation(s). A system may determine a number of content-policy deviations associated with the content and whether the content includes an indicator of a person, such as a pronoun and/or a proper noun. Content that includes multiple content-policy deviations and/or than includes an indicator of a person may be determined to be more severe than other deviated content. Applications associated with deviated content may be ranked and corrective action may be taken based on the ranking.

Abstract: A photo design smart assistant system for reducing similar photos for display and product design includes a similarity distance computation module that can calculate hash values of images and to calculate similarity distances between the images using at least the hash values, a burst grouping module that can automatically group the images into a burst based at least in part on the similarity distances of the images, wherein at least one image is automatically selected from the burst of images, an intelligent design creation engine that can automatically create a photo product design using the selected image from the burst, and a printing and finishing facility that can automatically make a physical photo product based on the photo product design.

Abstract: Examples described herein involve switching between two user accounts of a streaming media service. In an example implementation, a playback device stores data representing credentials for multiple user accounts including a first user account of a first streaming audio service and a second user account of the first streaming audio service. The playback device receives instructions to play first audio content from the first streaming audio service and plays back the first audio content by streaming data representing the first audio content from one or more servers of the first streaming audio service using credentials of the first user account. The playback device detects a trigger associated with the first user account of the first streaming audio service and switches from streaming data representing the first audio content using credentials of the first user account to streaming data representing the first audio content using credentials of the second user account.

The device may perform a preauthorization process associated with a transaction involving the product and the user based on the account information, and may perform an action associated with the transaction based on the preauthorization process.

The method includes processing customer data related to one or more customers, managing and selecting textual and graphical dynamic content to specify delivery to targeted subsets of customers as a function of business rules, and delivering that content to targeted subsets of customers via one or more appropriate customer touchpoints. A portion or location within the customer touchpoint is identified as a dynamic destination area for receipt of the selected content, which then contains that content qualified for delivery to the targeted subset of customers via the customer touchpoint dynamic destination area through execution of targeting business rules. Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for improving data migration operations including testing and setup of computing environments. In one example, the method may include receiving data for one or more application programming interfaces (APIs). The method may further include generating one or more tests to test the one or more APIs in a first computing environment, testing the APIs, storing the results in a database, and performing a change data capture operation. The method may further include augmenting the one or more tests with the CDC data to generate an updated test. The method may further include testing, using the updated test, a second set of the one or more APIs and comparing the test results. The method may also include outputting a confidence score indicating a correlation between the first environment and the second environment.

Circuitry may be configured receive generic configuration data that references work chunks for message generation and time data indicating a message send time. The work chunks may include references to message data, but not the actual message data. Based on the time data, the work chunks may be placed in a message queue. Circuitry may also be configured to retrieve a work chunk from the message queue and to generate one or more messages based on the retrieved work chunk. The references to message data in the work chunk may be used to retrieve the message data at the time of message generation.

Abstract: The methods and systems described herein improve upon existing deep linking concepts, by creating links directed to a feature registry which may then serve the user's need of selecting and accessing a given feature. The feature registry may provide customized features that may populate a feature template in a user interface (e.g., of a feature registry application) on a local device. This population may occur in both a real-time (e.g., based on a continuously updated machine learning model) and modular fashion. For example, the system and methods may generate customized content on a website or mobile application through a hyperlink by filtering available features on a feature registry based on the identity of the user, the information from the user profile, and the description of the hyperlink content.

An encoding system determines an encoding interval at which to encode different groups of related data in a data structure. The visitor client may store visitor client data including site rules and a visitor profile locally on the client device. The visitor client may include a context monitor for calling the decision engine, a decision engine for evaluating the site rules relative to a context defined at least partially by events occurring on the page and the visitor profile, and a widget manager for managing visitor client data persisted on the client device. The content monitor may call the decision engine when the context changes. The decision engine may determine, in real time and relative to the context, that proactive or reactive engagement(s) may be appropriate and call the widget manager to launch and display corresponding engagement channel(s) on the page.

Abstract: A structural analysis computing device may generate a proposed insurance claim and/or generate a proposed insurance quote for an object pictured in a three-dimensional (3D) image. The structural analysis computing device may be coupled to a drone configured to capture exterior images of the object. The structural analysis computing device may include a memory, a user interface, an object sensor configured to capture the 3D image, and a processor in communication with the memory and the object sensor. The processor may access the 3D image including the object, and analyze the 3D images to identify features of the object—such as by inputting the 3D image into a trained machine learning or pattern recognition program. The processor may generate a proposed claim form for a damaged object and/or a proposed quote for an uninsured object, and display the form to a user for their review and/or approval.

The method may include establishing source(s) of internet content, detecting measurements of social media activity for the content in the sources, aggregating the measurements, storing the aggregated measurements in a database over a range of time, calculating a rate of change of the aggregated measurements over the range of time, and comparing the calculated rate of change with the aggregated measurement to obtain a trending value for the content.

The method includes receiving a textual statement and identifying a plurality of terms in the textual statement that are to be visualized in the visual representation. The method includes generating a plurality of sequences of images where each image in a given one of the sequences is associated with one of the terms. Each image is associated with at least one tag. The method includes determining a global coherence and a local coherence for each of the sequences based on the tags of the images. The method includes selecting one of the sequences based on the global coherence and the local coherence. The method includes generating the visual representation where the images of the selected sequence are included.

Abstract: A system is provided herein that can correlate service issues with system telemetry associated with the software session associated with those service issues. Using a statistical approach, the system can evaluate data across numerous software sessions to rank the importance of the reported service issues. To accomplish the ranking, the system can parse the reports of service issues on a periodic basis, can extract telemetry identifiers (IDs) from the logs, can query the telemetry, may compute the relative importance of detected issues (in the context of calls going on for that day), and then can report this impact hack to the service issue database.

Abstract: Various examples are directed to computer-implemented systems and methods for providing a unique market offer code and validation. A method includes generating an offer customized for an intended recipient, and sending the offer electronically to the intended recipient. The web application user interface is modified according to the first user focus.

One of the methods includes receiving information about damage to a home of a homeowner. The method also includes analyzing the information about the damage, the home insurance policy, and the home insurance claims to determine an estimate of cost of a claim that would cover the damage. The method parses the SAEP to obtain a conversion parameter, and generates a claim for the conversion based on the conversion parameter and information related to the advertisement, if the advertisement was previously displayed. Further, the method transmits the generated claim to the SAEP to be evaluated whether a reward is to be allocated.

Abstract: Described are systems and methods for detecting objects using calibrated imaging devices and obfuscating, in real-time or near real time, portions of the video data to protect the privacy of operators represented in the video data. For example, a position of an operator within a fulfillment center may be determined or tracked in video data and the pixels representative of that operator may be obfuscated using pixilation and/or other techniques so that a reviewing agent that is viewing the video data cannot determine the identity of the operator. Such obfuscation may be performed in real-time or near real-time using automated processing. In addition, only portions of the video data may be obfuscated so that events (e.g., item picks, item place) and/or other objects represented in the video data are still viewable to the reviewing agent.

Abstract: An example method includes identifying, using a browser extension, content of a first webpage of a first website being displayed using a browser. The identifying of the content includes determining a product related to the content of the first webpage and determining that the product has been added to an electronic shopping cart. The method further includes determining a merchant that offers the product for sale and determining, based on a user account associated with the browser extension, a customer reward offered by the merchant and available to the user account. The method further includes determining that the browser has navigated away from the first webpage to a second webpage of a second website. The method further includes modifying the browser to display a graphical user interface element including information about the customer reward and a link configured to navigate the browser back to the first website.

Abstract: Techniques for providing webpages based on tracking consumer device interactions are discussed herein. Some embodiments may include one or more servers configured to: receive a request for access to a promotion webpage from a consumer device, wherein the request includes a consumer device cookie and the promotion webpage includes an indication of a promotion; in response to receiving the request for access to the promotion webpage, generate the promotion webpage including widgets; generate clickstream data based on tracking widget views of the widgets within the promotion webpage; associate the clickstream data with the consumer device cookie; and generate widget analytic data based on the clickstream data. The widget analytic data may then be used to populate webpages with widgets to optimize various criteria, such as widget views or promotion purchases.
