  • Patent number: 11561965
Abstract: Certain embodiments involve tracking incremental updates to graph data structures and thereby facilitating efficient data retrieval. For instance, a computing system services a first query for one or more segments of computing devices, online entities, or both. The computing system services the first query by searching of a set of nodes from a graph data structure. The computing system receives a second query after the graph data structure has been modified. The computing system identifies, from a change list for tracking changes to the graph data structure, a subset of the nodes impacted by the modification to the graph data structure. The computing system services the second query by searching the subset of impacted nodes in the graph data structure.

  • Patent number: 11562401
Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically determining and providing digital advertisements to targeted users. In some examples, a computing device receives campaign data identifying items to advertise on a website, and generates campaign user data identifying a user that has engaged all of the items on the website. The computing device may then determine a portion of the users based on a relationship between each user and the campaign user data, and may determine user-item values for each of the items for each user of the portion of users, where each user-item value identifies a relational value between the corresponding user and item. The computing device may then identify one or more of the items to advertise to each user of the portion of users based on the user-item values, and may transmit to a web server an indication of the items to advertise for each user.

The system implemented an automated model to measure the impact of exposures and impressions on outcomes using uses panel data, cookie-based data, and combinations thereof. The techniques use test and control approach to calculate effectiveness, where the test group are those exposed to a campaign and a control group who is not exposed. For those exposed, a running analysis of impressions (and other variables) in a pre period is used to determine behavior based outcomes over a set time period after that exposure. As a result, the automated model is able to generate metrics that show absolute and relative impacts on future behavior.

Abstract: Training and/or utilizing a machine learning model to generate request agnostic predicted interaction scores for electronic communications, and to utilization of request agnostic predicted interaction scores in determining whether, and/or how, to provide corresponding electronic communications to a client device in response to a request. A request agnostic predicted interaction score for an electronic communication provides an indication of quality of the communication, and is generated independent of corresponding request(s) for which it is utilized. In many implementations, a request agnostic predicted interaction score for an electronic communication is generated “offline” relative to corresponding request(s) for which it is utilized, and is pre-indexed with (or otherwise assigned to) the electronic communication. This enables fast and efficient retrieval, and utilization, of the request agnostic interaction score by computing device(s), when the electronic communication is responsive to a request.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include a system for automated persona feature selection. Soft clusters of entities are received, each entity having a history of features. Each feature has a general prevalence coefficient representing prevalence of entities having the respective feature in their history. A feature list is generated for each cluster, each feature having an in-cluster coefficient representing prevalence of entities in the cluster having the feature in their history. Features having an in-cluster coefficient that is different from that feature's general prevalence coefficient are selected. A variance across the clusters is determined for each selected feature. A discriminating feature list having high variance features is generated for each cluster. Clusters are selected for an entity by comparing the features of the entity's history to features of the discriminating feature lists of the clusters. Content is customized according to the chosen clusters and sent to the entity.

Abstract: Described is a system (and method) that provides the ability to create an endpoint to allow cloud-based components to access services directly using network infrastructure of a cloud system. To provide such an ability, access connections from components of a production system to the cloud system may be monitored to derive a storage service and a datastore based on portions of a domain name. The derived storage service and datastore are then used to determine configuration settings required to automatically create a service endpoint. The service endpoint may then be deployed within the cloud system allowing the cloud-based component to access the storage service directly. Accordingly, the system provides the ability to automatically configure and deploy service endpoints by leveraging information derived from monitoring network access connections between a production environment and a cloud environment.

  • Patent number: 11423317
Abstract: In one embodiment, a character engine models a character that interacts with users. The character engine receives user input data from a user device, and analyzes the user input data to determine a user intent and an assessment domain. Subsequently, the character engine selects inference algorithm(s) that include machine learning capabilities based on the intent and the assessment domain. The character engine computes a response to the user input data based on the selected inference algorithm(s) and a set of personality characteristics that are associated with the character. Finally, the character engine causes the user device to output the response to the user. In this fashion, the character engine includes sensing functionality, thinking and learning functionality, and expressing functionality.

  • Patent number: 11379881
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for supplying a video advertisement to a web page or application. A main ad server provides an ecosystem to network ad servers from different ad networks. The main ad server can collect and store information about each of the demand tags associated with each of the network ad servers in a database. The main ad server can then review the database in response to an ad call from a publisher to generate an ordered list of the demand tags that correspond to the ad call. The main ad server can then determine if any of the demand tags in the ordered list has a corresponding video header bidding tag and initiate an auction process for all of the demand tags in the ordered list that have a video header bidding tag. The ordered list of demand tags can then be updated based on the results of the auction process.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a blocked information displaying method and system for use in an autonomous vehicle. The method comprises obtaining information about a road ahead the autonomous vehicle and information about a rear vehicle; determining road information blocked by the autonomous vehicle, according to a positional relationship between the autonomous vehicle and the rear vehicle; displaying the road information blocked by the autonomous vehicle to the rear vehicle. The present disclosure is used to solve problems in the prior art that the autonomous vehicle blocks road surface information and causes limitation to the field of vision of the rear vehicle, and that real-time display of the images of the road ahead the autonomous vehicle is prone to cause confusion, and can effectively improve the safety of the travel of the rear vehicle.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide method, system and computer program product for complimentary CRM mobile integration. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for CRM mobile integration includes initially identifying an end user who simultaneously accesses both a CRM application executing in memory of a host computing platform, and also a CRM application agent executing in memory of a mobile computing device that is separate from the host computing platform. The method also includes, thereafter, detecting a request by the end user to access data in the CRM application. Finally, the method includes responding to the detection of the request by selecting an action for the mobile device in a table corresponding to a type of the data in the CRM application, and directing the CRM application in the mobile device to prompt the end user to complete the selected action for the data of the request.

  • Patent number: 11349915
Abstract: A source worker node at a source site fetches a task from a message queue. The task specifies replicating a first object at the source site to a destination site. A request for a connection is issued from the source worker node to the destination site. The request is received by a load balancer at the destination site and assigned to a destination worker node. A connection is established between the source and destination worker nodes. A determination is made that the destination site does not include an object that is the same as the first object. Upon the determination, a deduplication is performed between the source and destination worker nodes of segments into which the first object has been divided. Deduplicated segments of the first object are transmitted from the source worker node to the destination worker node for storage at the destination site.
