The business form generation program includes a business form definition program and a data expansion program. The business form definition program sets search conditions of plant data in the objective business form. The data expansion program requests the server to search for the plant data that satisfies the search conditions in the objective business form and outputs the plant data to the objective business form. The user terminal has an objective business form editing part and a business form generation part.

Abstract: A system, method and computing device for judicial court case management. According to an embodiment, the court case management method and system provides a component-based environment utilizing a library of reusable blueprinting artifacts and best practices templates in conjunction with server-based data management system and rules engine. The court case management system includes a user presentation layer configured to allow users to access and interact with the court case management system, a logical business layer configured to allow the court case management system to interact with external systems, a process control layer configured to govern the existence of data content within the court case management system and to manage at least one process that controls the data content within the court case management system, and a services and administration layer configured to provide security, compliance tracking and reporting to technology infrastructure to which the court case management system is installed.

Abstract: Methods and systems for directed creation of construction documentation are provided. Example embodiments provide a Directed Documentation System (a “DDS”), which directs, in a computer-assisted manner, the creation of a historical record of a portion or an entire construction project. In one embodiment, the DDS comprises a directed construction data organization process/component, a directed documentation data acquisition process/component, a construction documentation data retrieval process/component, and a construction documentation data distribution process/component. These components cooperate to direct the documentation of a construction project in a manner that insures that all desired aspects of the project are documented thoroughly and uniformly. Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided to allow different users to search for company-specific terms in a terminology database maintained by a company or website. Information about the terminology provided to the user may include acceptability of use, details of acceptable or unacceptable use, description, synonyms, and related terms. Terms not found in the database may be added from a submission by the user. As a result, users may better understand terminology used by the company or website. In other embodiments, terminology can be searched for acceptable use in social networking sites or other areas or searched for plagiarism.

Abstract: A method for managing design requirements for a vehicle development program. A requirements management process and software tool are described which ensure that only properly-defined requirements are stored in a repository. Requirements are validated against a structured set of rules before they are allowed to be checked into the repository, and only validated requirements may be checked out and used for vehicle development activities. The process and tool also check the consistency of technical terms and data items as they are encountered, which prevents the improper use of the terms and data items.

Abstract: Record management of a business unit is aligned to a digital records policy of a business enterprise. The digital records policy may require process, technology and cultural changes to shift from paper to digital records management. Paper intensive processes tend to have a number of economic, environmental, and operational disadvantages. In addition, government regulations are increasingly requiring businesses to be able to locate and retrieve information quickly. An implementation document contains information about a business process so that a business process supporting digital records may be compared with a digital records policy of the business enterprise. If there are any gaps between the business process and the digital records policy, an action plan may be constructed in order to eliminate or mitigate the gaps. Also, the economic benefits for a business unit migrating to digital records may be analyzed by a business case wizard tool.

Upon completion of a task (e.g., processing of a request), the storage location may transmit a confirmation to the request clearinghouse system. The request clearinghouse system may notify the requesting party that the request was processed. Additionally or alternatively, storage location systems may transmit transaction information to the request clearinghouse system upon detection of a new physical document or transaction. This information may include document images, transaction parties, transaction amounts and the like.

Abstract: The disclosed techniques enable a customer or solution provider to generate customer-specific solution documentation according to an organizational design corresponding to a customer from generic, or “out-of-the-box,” documentation. A solution package includes an assumed, out-of-box organizational design, out-of-box solution documentation and solution materials. A customer or information technology (IT) integrator is provided a graphical user interface (GUI) to edit the out-of-box organizational design to conform to the customer's organizational design. A Documentation Generation and Delivery Tool (DGDT) analyzes both organizational and documentation designs. The DGDT generates and delivers customer-specific documentation based upon out-of-box documentation and customer-specific organizational design. The DGDT also provides a GUI for human interaction.

Abstract: A distributed capture system is disclosed which enables digital content to be captured in various formats and interfaced with a plurality ECM) platforms which enables the distributed capture system to be seamlessly integrated with a customer's legacy ECM system. The system is configured to receive various financial records that are normally created at a financial institution, such as loan applications and customer signature cards, in various formats, such as Microsoft Word, PDF, and Printer Control Language (PCL). The financial records are directed to a virtual printer and converted to a TIFF format. The print stream associated with the text embedded in the TIFF image of the financial record is captured and compared with document classification template. The document classification template allows the document to be automatically classified and indexed. Documents are then sent to the ECM interface.

Abstract: A transaction system and method is provided that ensures a high degree of non-repudiation. The transaction system may include a media conferencing terminal and a client computer on each end of the transaction. The system may be linked via a network such as the Internet so that transactions may be conducted between remote locations. The media conferencing terminal ensures that each party to the transaction may be satisfied as to the identity of the other parties. The method includes recording the pressure, speed and acceleration of annotations made to digital documents that are used for conducting transactions. The system is operable to store all media conferencing information, digital document information, and annotation information such that the information can be later recovered to reproduce the transaction, proving a high degree of non-repudiation.

In some embodiments, the primary document is associated with a time interval, and outside the time interval, the partially automatic creation of a secondary document is not authorized. In some embodiments, the content of the primary document defines the rights for the creation of a secondary document, and the process of creating a secondary document includes the step of checking the rights defined for the secondary document by the content of the primary document, and if the rights are not granted, the partially automatic creation of a secondary document is not authorized.

For example, a method is disclosed for generating such documents which may include providing an application program for receiving first information from a user to post to an unrelated website. The application program may be operational on at least one of a user client computer or server computer and the website preferably includes functionality for generating one or more documents for a particular real-estate transaction.

Abstract: A method for maintaining confidentiality of personal information during E-commerce transactions. The method includes: (1) compiling a profile of personal information within a depository for at least the buying party to an E-commerce transaction; (2) providing the buying party with a unique identifier linked to his profile for use during subsequent E-commerce transactions; and (3) in response to the buying party providing the identifier to a merchant, completing the E-commerce transaction at the depository without providing any of the buyer's personal information to the merchant.

Abstract: A system for legal document authoring for a legal action and electronic court filing of such legal documents provides an online network for subscribers. The system provides a direct mechanism (and a web portal mechanism) for submitting a claim file containing party and claim information necessary for automatic legal document generation based on an auto-selected destination court (in some embodiments) and further based on at least certain party and claim information. The automatically-generated legal documents are compliant with the requirements of the destination court, providing end-to-end automation for improved efficiency in judicial debt collection. The system also provides an online network for facilitating communications between subscribers (litigants) and the court systems.

Abstract: An integrated enterprise IT architecture planning system and method of planning the IT support of the enterprise business architecture that is based on a central database of record. Within this database of record, the current status of the IT support is documented, the desired target status of the IT support is defined and maintained, and operational plans for future IT support are created, reviewed, and consolidated. Based on the information captured in the database of record, full transparency is achieved, mutual consistency across the current, planned, and target status of the IT support can be analyzed, and target plans can be effectively enforced. Business support maps are directly generated from the central database of record, and are the central mechanism for presentation and input of information throughout the method. Any changes performed on such maps feed directly back into the database of record, updating the underlying information.

Abstract: The present invention relates to systems and methods for multi-dimensional top down negotiations. A user supplies negotiated deal dimensions to an allocator. The allocator may also be able to set some of the dimension values to a default value. A line item generator may then perform transformational algorithms on the negotiated deal dimensions to generate line items. A line item override module may then receive user overrides for specific line items, and update the line items using the overrides. This update may include the recalculating of other line items affected by the override. A summarizer may generate a deal summary using the updated line items. A normalization engine may also normalize the deal summary to current market value to facilitate comparisons of the deal summary. The deal summary may include any of a blended rate per hour, an income, a cost, a product margin, and a net present value. Further, the deal summary may be broken down by geography, period and resource type.
