    Abstract: The present invention relates to water-soluble polyazo dyestuffs of the general formula I ##STR1## wherein Y, Z, m and M.sup..sym.1 to M.sup..sym.4 are as defined in claim 1, processes for dyeing leather and paper with the polyazo dyestuffs, and recording liquids and inks containing the polyazo dyestuffs.
