    Abstract: A music apparatus is provided with a memory device that stores waveform data, and a sound device that has a plurality of tone generating channels, each of which is tuned in normal setting effective to process the waveform data retrieved from the memory device so as to generate a musical sound. An input device is placed in either of an active state for inputting external waveform data and an inactive state where the external waveform data is not inputted. A detector device is provided to produces a detection signal when the input device switches between the active state and the inactive state.

    Abstract: A musical instrument pneumatic actuator uses valve seats and a vacuum tube which are integral with one of two plastic main body pieces. An anti-warp brace and curved recessed portion are respectively used to minimize warpage and wear on the bellows. A beveled atmospheric port allows easy insertion of a valve piece.
