  • Patent number: 7405352
Abstract: A drum pedal, having a drive assembly supported by a pedestal, may include a drive shaft, a rotatably adjustable drive ring having an arm, and a rotatably adjustable beater ring. A link may connect a foot board with the arm. A beater may have a stem affixed to the beater ring. The beater may be actuated to a forward position when the foot board is depressed. The foot board may be biased toward a raised position and the beater may be biased toward a rearward position. In another aspect, a drum pedal may have a drive assembly with a cam, having a slope, mounted on a drive shaft. The cam and a spring may cooperate to bias a cam follower toward a predetermined rest position. An adjuster may be provided to easily change the tension of the spring. In still another aspect, a drum pedal may have a drumward clamp including a shaft, a rotatable arm, and a torsion spring for biasing the arm toward locking with a drum rim. The arm may be unlocked by rotating a lever connected to the shaft.

  • Patent number: 7329448
Abstract: An adhesive pad kit for footwear has at least two pairs of thin adhesive backed pads in which the pads in one pair have one predetermined shape wherein the length is at least twice as long as the width, and the pads in the second pair have a different predetermined shape. The kit can have pads that are generally rectangular. The kit can also have one pair of pads that are generally rectangular and the other pair of pads that are curved segments. The adhesive pads can be made of moleskin material. An adhesive pad kit for footwear may have at least two pairs of thin adhesive backed pads in which the pads in one pair have one predetermined color and the pads in the second pair have a different color.

  • Patent number: 7320635
Abstract: A device for sharpening chain saw teeth, in particular a chain saw which is portable and applicable in the field, and where the chain is not to be taken off the chain saw blade when sharpened enables swinging of a grinding wheel (16) transversally to each tooth (8) of a chain (7) resulting in straight cutting faces of each tooth (8). The grinding wheel (16) of the relatively small diameter is rotated by an actuator (15) of the suitably small power and high number of the revolutions resulting in high cutting speed. Said actuator (15) can be either an electric motor, supplied with electricity from electric mains or a battery, a pneumatic motor or a hydraulic motor.

  • Patent number: 7316390
Abstract: A conduit clamping device has an elongated substantially rigid base having a longitudinal axis. At least one axially extending elongated generally U-shaped channel is formed in the base and sized to receive at least a portion of a length of conduit of a given diameter. A lid is hingedly coupled to the base and relatively hingedly movable between an open position for permitting conduit to be placed in or removed from the channel and a closed position for grippingly engaging the conduit between the lid and the channel. A quantity of resilient material is mounted to at least one of the lid and the channel for resiliently, grippingly engaging the conduit when the lid is in the closed position.
