Patent number: 6098705Abstract: A coil type condenser for a refrigerator holds a flow of air which cools the condenser by securing a condenser length enough to radiate heat and simultaneously holding enough pitch. In the coil type condenser, a pipe is wound spirally to face a blowing direction of cool air generated by a cooling fan of the refrigerator. The pipe includes a plurality of coils formed integrally each having upper and lower horizontal portions and left and right vertical sides, each of even numbered coils of the coils having a size different from that of each of odd numbered coils thereof. A support member welded to the pipe supporting the pipe. According to the condenser, since pitches between coils forming the coil type condenser are short, a suitable coil length of the condenser can be maintained in a narrow space. Thus, the coil type condenser can prevent an excessive pressure from generating when a compressor initially operates and can used for a small or medium refrigerator.Type: GrantFiled: September 18, 1998Date of Patent: August 8, 2000Assignee: Daewoo Electronics Co., Ltd.Inventor: Byeong-Sun Kim

Patent number: 6066568Abstract: An electron density at an ECR point, which is spaced from a substrate to be treated and which faces the substrate, is set to be higher than or equal to 0.46 nc (nc: an upper limit side cut-off density of an X wave) and lower than nc. Thus, a high chevron distribution of electron density is formed in end portions of a magnetic field forming region, and a distribution of electron density having a lower peak value than those in the end portions is formed in a central portion of the magnetic field forming region. In this case, the periphery of a magnetic field crosses the inner wall of a vacuum chamber once between the ECR point and the substrate, and a space of one fourth or more of the wavelength of the X wave is formed between the periphery of the magnetic field and the inner wall of the vacuum chamber as the magnetic field runs downstream. Thus, it is possible to achieve an inplane uniform treatment when carrying out a treatment, such as a thin film deposition or etching, with ECR plasmas for a wafer.Type: GrantFiled: May 12, 1998Date of Patent: May 23, 2000Assignee: Tokyo Electron LimitedInventors: Yoshinobu Kawai, Yoko Ueda, Nobuo Ishii, Satoru Kawakami, Hideaki Amano

Patent number: 6062157Abstract: A spring apparatus for use with hauling elements such as mooring ropes. The apparatus has a spring element (1) in the shape of a tension screw spring which has an intermediate section having a diameter considerably larger than that of its end sections (3). A certain predetermined maximal tension load, and a certain predetermined maximal stretch of the spring element are positioned at the intermediate portion, which, due to its larger diameter, has a lower spring constant, while the end-sections with their smaller diameters and larger spring constants are not stretched. The apparatus also comprises an attachment element (6) attached to an end section and preferably attachment elements attached to each of the end sections. The attachment elements are designed to hold sections of the hauling elements (10). In addition, the hauling element acts as a stretch limiter which prevents the spring from being deformed by overload.Type: GrantFiled: June 25, 1998Date of Patent: May 16, 2000Assignee: Ewes Stalfjader ABInventor: Karl-Gustaf Derman
