Abstract: An animal habitat is disclosed for confining an animal in a livable area that may adapted to have distinct areas. The habitat may be formed of sections are used to form modules. The modules may be joined by attaching two or more modules laterally, or the modules may be joined by vertical stacking. Grates are placed in openings within outer walls of the modules. One type of grate allows attachment of monitoring and feeding equipment, while others are utilized as doors. Animals contained in a module can pass into laterally attached modules. A staircase and an opening in an upper section of a module allows animals to travel between a lower module to an upper module. Other accessories such as a tray and monitoring devices may be included as desired in one or more module.
Abstract: According to a first embodiment of the present invention, a lighting fixture is provided with a housing space to receive a retractable sensor module. The housing space is provided with an internal holder with electrical circuitry to operate the lighting fixture. The internal holder is essentially cylindrical in shape, with one closed end. The closed end is provided with openings and slots for screw and wires. The internal holder allows for pan rotation of a retractable sensor module. The retractable sensor module includes a control module comprising a top cover, a lower cover and a printed circuit board sub-assembly inside, and a lens assembly. The printed circuit board sub-assembly comprises a power printed circuit board, a sensor printed circuit board, with a printed circuit board and a transmitter printed circuit board. The lens assembly constitutes dotted lenses.

Abstract: A soil working implement is dragged behind a towing vehicle. The implement includes a hitch part and a soil working part. The soil working part may be pivoted about the hitch part by extending or retracting a longitudinal linkage member interposed between the hitch part and the soil working part. Wheels are mounted on the implement and may be raised and lowered relative to the implement by an operator-actuated mechanism, to thereby permit the soil working part to be raised off of the ground by lowering the wheels to thereby facilitate movement of the implement from one treatment area to another, whereupon the wheels may be raised to permit the soil working part to engage the soil.
Abstract: A mobile structure, such as a recreational vehicle, that includes a wall having first and second opposed surfaces and an edge surface. The edge surface defines an opening through the wall. A slide-out room or other enclosure is moveably located in the opening. A trim member having an integral seal is attached at the opening and the seal is engageable with a flange on the enclosure. A second trim member has an integrally attached flexible member projecting outwardly therefrom. The flexible member engages the enclosure and wipes moisture and debris from the enclosure as it is moved into a retracted position with the mobile structure. The two trim members have an overlapping portion with the opening and can be simultaneously secured to the wall by driving a mechanical fastener through the overlapped portions of the trim members. A method of manufacturing such mobile structures is also provided.
Abstract: A plurality of lighting fixtures with interchangeable sensors and transmitters are displayed for sale to the consuming public such that a customer of such a display may easily choose a specific lighting fixture and combine it with a specific sensor and/or transmitter enabling the customer to buy a lighting fixture meeting a customer's aesthetic and functional requirements.
Abstract: A soil working implement for being dragged behind a towing vehicle. The implement includes a hitch part and a soil working part. The soil working part may be pivoted about the hitch part by extending or retracting a longitudinal linkage member interposed between the hitch part and the soil working part.
Abstract: A movement detecting device detects movement, or tilt, of a building facilities component, and controls a desired event through an electrical signal without using mercury. The device includes a first housing section and a second housing section held together by a fastener. A ball is disposed between the first and second housing sections within a cavity. A mechanical switch is disposed between the first and second housing sections so that the switch extends into the cavity for contact with the ball when movement of the device exceeds a predetermined angle. A damper arm is included for securing the device to a facilities component to be monitored as desired.
Abstract: A doorbell having interchangeable chimes and interchangeable decorative covers is displayed for sale to the retail public such that a customer may easily choose a specific chime sound and combine it with a specific decorative cover enabling the customer to buy a doorbell meeting the customer's aesthetic requirement. The interchangeable bases and covers may include complimentary attachment parts that allow any cover to be mounted to any of a plurality of bases of differing size and in different orientations.

Abstract: A slide out room is glidingly supported from a main structure by a flexible tension member defining first and second lengths, each length trained about a set of rotatable support members carried by the main structure such that the tension member supports the room from the rotatable support members in both its extended and retracted positions. A tensioner connected to the tension member is used to adjust the tension in the tension member. A leveler carried by the room includes a longitudinal adjustment member that engages the tension member, whereby the room may be leveled relative to the main structure by adjusting the adjustment member.
Abstract: A powered bimini top is raised and lowered via a remote control. A power actuator operating the top includes a bi-directional reversible pump turned in one direction to lower the top to a fully retracted position and turned in the other direction to raise the top via hydraulic actuators. The top may alternatively be raised and lowered by a spring or a screw actuator. A rigid link is provided on either the watercraft or one of the main struts of the top. The pump, spring or screw actuator causes the main strut to be held against the rigid link (or the rigid link against the watercraft) with sufficient force to prevent substantial relative movement during transport. Secondary struts are biased toward corresponding main struts by elongated elastic cords. A pressure-responsive switch is provided on one of the struts to reverse direction of the top if the strut encounters an obstruction.
Abstract: A double walled assembly including a primary assembly and a secondary containment assembly. The secondary containment assembly has a second hose casing, a second fixed containment casing and a second releasable coupler assembly mounted on the second hose casing and including a longitudinally shiftable sleeve part. The sleeve part has a first longitudinal position where it can be sealingly coupled to the second fixed containment casing and a second longitudinal position where it is spaced from the second fixed containment casing and exposes the primary assembly. Non-threaded interfaces on the sleeve part and the second fixed containment casing can be sealingly coupled when the sleeve is in its first longitudinal position. The sleeve part may be slidingly or threadingly mounted on a shank that is sealingly coupled to the second hose casing.
