Abstract: A method for operating an electronic counter with reduced power consumption has been developed. The electronic counter is divided into multiple segments that are ordered according to their numerical value. As the counter is updated, it becomes necessary to propagate data between the segments. If the supply energy of the counter meets or exceeds a set limit, the data is propagated to the next highest segment. However, if the supply energy of the counter falls below the set limit, the data to be propagated is stored in a propagation carry counter.
Abstract: A dispenser for scents and aromas is disclosed. The scent dispenser includes a hollow central body that contains a rotating shaft. A wick is wound around the shaft and extends through an opening in the top of the central body. A sealable cap is included to allow scent material to be added to the wick inside the central body. Finally, a suspension mechanism in included to allow the dispense to be suspended from a separate structure.
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a satellite dish cover comprising a main body portion having a front side, a back side and an outer edge, and a securing element for securing said satellite dish cover to the concave face of a satellite dish. The securing element requires no manual adjustment in order to be secured to a satellite dish. The satellite dish cover may further comprise a design element, a color or a texture to increase the aesthetic appeal of the satellite dish cover.
Abstract: The present disclosure describes a novel composition for the treatment and/or prevention of neurogenic inflammation. Such composition is also useful in the treatment and/or prevention of disease states and conditions associated with neurogenic inflammation. Such disease states and conditions include, but are not limited to, migraine headache, arthritis and fibromyalgia. The composition comprises nutrient compounds in a novel combination and formulation to treat and/or prevent neurogenic inflammation and disease states and conditions associated therewith. By reducing neurogenic inflammation, the compositions of the present disclosure reduce the symptoms associated with neurogenic inflammation, such as pain and systemic inflammation in general.
Abstract: The present invention is a device and method variously and separately provided for a transportable backboard and hoop connectable to a chain-link fence as its support structure. Methods of teaching are included. Detail is also provided regarding the methods and structures for attachment of the device to the support structure. The invention is to be limited only by the scope of the claims as ultimately allowed in this application, and in no way limited by the prior versions of the claims inserted into this provisional application which are inserted only for purposes of priority and satisfaction of potential foreign filing requirements.
Abstract: A device for lifting and rotating objects is disclosed. The device includes a plurality of hooking protrusions that are in angled relation with each other and contain compound bends to permit engagement with the support structure of the object to be lifted.
Abstract: A target for use in photogrammetric analysis that does not distort the object to be analyzed has been developed. The target is formed by mixing a diffuse material with a solvent and then applying the mixture to the surface of the object to be analyzed. The object is then coated with a reflective material so that the diffuse material forms a reflective target suitable for use in photogrammetric analysis.
