Abstract: A foldable, rechargeable light emitting diode (LED) pocket light is disclosed. The light includes a first compartment, a second compartment and a hinge element. The first compartment has a housing, a plurality of LED lights, a rotatable hinge, and a hook for hanging the light. The second compartment includes a housing, a member for receiving the rotatable hinge and a power source. The light also includes an activating member and circuitry for activating the LED lights.

Abstract: An alignment tool and method is disclosed for use in aligning wheels of trucks and truck trailers. The tool includes at least one self-leveling laser for checking wheel alignment. The self-leveling laser includes a body, an attachment member and a laser. The attachment member secures the alignment tool to the vehicle or trailer and the alignment tool provides for self-leveling to enable a user to make various predetermined measurements from the laser marking “+” when aligning the wheels of the vehicle or trailer. The alignment tool also may include a fifth wheel adapter for attaching the alignment tool to a fifth wheel pin of a truck trailer when checking the alignment of a truck trailer.

Abstract: There is described a machine for forming groups of ordered products, each group including products disposed according to superposed layers. The machine includes a succession of conveyors aligned according to a principal direction of alignment, with a feed conveyor and a delivery conveyor. The feed conveyor receives single layers of products aligned with and spaced from one another; and the conveyors are disposed and controlled so as to distribute layers of products on a predetermined number of levels at different heights, and to unload onto the delivery conveyor a predetermined number of layers, superposed on one another, equal to the predetermined number of the levels at different heights.

Abstract: An automatic dispensing apparatus system and method for dispensing predetermined objects is disclosed. More particularly, the invention is an automatic bottled water dispensing apparatus system and method having a housing which houses various sizes of bottled water and a conveyor system for transporting the bottled water to a dispensing member for a customer. The dispensing apparatus system also includes a return machine for returning empty bottles, a plurality of selection members, a payment member and an inventory monitoring member.

Abstract: The present invention is a bracelet having an inner layer and an outer later. The inner layer of the bracelet is copper and the outer layer is another metal, preferably a precious metal such as sterling silver or gold, platinum or titanium. However, any suitable material may be used for the outer layer. Since copper can be absorbed through the skin, a wearer receives the medicinal benefits of copper while wearing a bracelet that is a fine piece of jewelry. In a preferred embodiment, the copper inner layer is a comfort fit layer.

Abstract: The rewinding machine includes a path for insertion of tubular cores; a winding cradle; a first moving member designed to be in contact with the web material to be wound; a rolling surface forming, with the first moving member, a channel for passage of the tubular cores; and an insertion device to insert the cores in the channel. At the inlet of the insertion channel there is a second moving member, opposed to the first moving member, the core insertion path passing between the first and the second moving members. The two moving members are arranged at a distance such that a core inserted between them is in contact with the second moving member and with the web material entrained around the first moving member.

Abstract: Described herein is a rewinding machine for the production of rolls (L) of weblike material around winding cores, including a path for the weblike material (N) and a winding area, in which said weblike material is wound in rolls. The machine moreover comprises a feeder for feeding a sheetlike material (F) towards the path of the weblike material, and forming members (13, 15) for rolling a length of said sheetlike material and forming therewith a winding core around which a roll of weblike material is formed.

Abstract: Apparatus is described for storing sensitive materials in containers (32) which are sealed and in which the internal atmosphere may be purged by flushing with an inert gas fed in from a purger unit (30) via a suitable feed lead (35). The gas exhausted from inside the container (32) is fed back into the purge unit (30) and then checked against a desired parameter, for example oxygen concentration, until the value of that parameter reaches a desired level. Purging may then be stopped and the container left sealed, preferably at a slight over pressure relative to the ambient atmosphere. The use of a separate purge unit enables many containers to be sequentially and effectively processed. The containers are particularly useful for storing sensitive chemical and biological samples.

It is characterized in that such first protuberances are divided into rows which between them delimit cells of an area ranging from 1 to 20 cm2, the upper ply being longer in the direction of advance than the lower ply by at least 0.6% and joined to it by the apex of the first protuberances so that cushions are formed inside the cells.
