Abstract: A colander/bowl set includes a bowl having at least one indicator; and a colander comprising a plurality of holes, the colander being insertable into the bowl and removably attachable to the bowl. The at least one indicator is a calibrated guide positioned at a height of a maximum amount of water which the colander/bowl set holds, accounting for displacement of water by the colander and by a particular kind of food.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a current collector comprising embossing a sheet comprising lead thereby forming an embossed grid comprising rows of raised portions and lowered portions, and slots comprising edges of the raised portions and lowered portions; creating areas for tab creation by pressing or stamping areas of the embossed grid to a flattened state, thereby forming a sheet comprising embossed grid sections and flat sections; applying paste to the top and bottom of the embossed grid sections; and stamping current collectors out of the sheet such that at least one tab is created from a flat section.

Abstract: Disclosure is a method and system for delivering a reusable framework. The disclosure invokes an interface to define an information service within the reusable framework. The defined information service is stored in a repository. The method further includes outputting a service request as an address for invoking the defined information service and establishing a data connection after receiving the service request wherein the defined information service can be invoked.

Abstract: In at least one embodiment, a pair of components includes a tooth and adaptor for an earth-moving apparatus. The adaptor is for mounting the tooth on an earth-moving bucket, this mounting being releasable to allow replacement of the tooth when worn. The components define aligned passages through which a locking pin extends to retain the components together. The locking pin has formations for engaging formations on the first component when the pin is rotated from a free position into a locked position. The pin has an insertion recess which is aligned with the formations allowing the pin, in the free position, to be inserted into, or removed from, the aligned passages. The formations are resiliently movable to stably engage the pin when in the locked position.

Abstract: An insurance program for entities in the mortgage industry that provides coverage for financial loss as a result of material inaccuracies in the financial information provided by or on behalf of the borrower. The insurance program preferably includes the initial insurance application and establishment of an insurance agreement, periodic issuing of individual insurance coverages for particular loans handled by the lender, training and consulting on improved controls for lenders, maintaining an ineligible database of entities and a database of loan information, and handling of claims. The periodic issuing of individual insurance coverages includes receiving production information from the lender and determining the premium for the production information based at least in part on the insurance agreement.

Abstract: A storage or conveying system includes an electromagnetic surface-area motor which moves one or more conveying devices, especially movable pallets, cars, or containers mounted on wheels or rolls. The surface-area motor is equipped with a plurality of electromagnets which can generate suitable magnetic fields for moving the conveying device. The conveying device is designed in a passive manner with respect to the driving action of the surface-area motor. The transformers can be separated from one another and can be arranged to form desired geometries of the surface-area motor. At least one metal detecting apparatus is integrated into the surface-area motor.

Abstract: A microprocessor controlled hazardous condition detection system with volatile and non-volatile memory containing a sensor package, the sensor package containing sensors exposed to the ambient environment, and an alarm element coupled to the sensor package through a microprocessor where the microprocessor includes a memory storage device containing a plurality of alarm thresholds stored therein, each of the plurality of alarm thresholds being associated with a predetermined set of levels in the ambient environment where the microprocessor receives periodic readings from the sensor package, the microprocessor conditions the received readings by removing a selected amount of noise and attenuation therefrom, selects and employs an optimized alarm threshold from a plurality of stored alarm thresholds and activates the alarm element upon detecting a threshold levels in the ambient environment greater than the selected alarm threshold.

Abstract: An embodiment of the invention provides a method for IP assessment based on a component business model (CBM). The method assesses components in the CBM via a component assessment module, which interrogates an entity (e.g., a user, a third party consultant, and an information database) with questions. Output (including answers to the questions) from the component assessment module is sent to a component detection module. Scores (e.g., numerical scores and/or low, medium, or high scores) are assigned to the components via the component detection module based on the output from the component assessment module. The output from the component assessment module and/or the scores are analyzed to determine whether a gap, a duplication, a conflict, and/or an over-investment exists in at least one of the components.

Abstract: The present invention is directed at a system and method to rate lender profiles to determine the level of risk that is present in the loans originated or purchased by a particular lender will be based on a misrepresentation or as a result of material inaccuracies in the financial information provided by or on behalf of the borrower. The rating is preferably based on a variety of factors including at least one of, for example, prefunding controls, post closing controls, product mix, and/or loan source.

Abstract: A system and method for quickly and efficiently developing JUnit test cases by enabling automated creation of test environment objects that are needed by the JUnit test cases. The system and method maps and captures program code execution paths or “blueprints” such that the blueprints can be utilized to automatically “drive” the program along an execution path to any point in the program. These points can then be used to “harvest” the environment objects needed for JUnit test cases.
