The gate driving circuit is driven in response to a vertical starting signal applied to a first stage of the plurality of stages. The starting pad is disposed at the peripheral area and applies the vertical starting signal to the gate driving circuit. The first electrostatic dispersion portion is electrically connected to the starting pad. The first electrostatic dispersion portion disperses electrostatic applied to the gate driving circuit.
