Abstract: In an array substrate and a method of manufacturing the array substrate, an array substrate includes a first switching element, a second switching element, a third switching element and a fourth switching element. The first switching element is electrically connected to a first data line. The second switching element is electrically connected to a second data line adjacent to the first data line. The third switching element is electrically connected to a data power line interposed between the first and second data lines. The fourth switching element is electrically connected to a gate power line receiving a voltage having different polarity from a voltage applied to the data power line. Therefore, light transmittance, opening ratio and display quality are improved.
Abstract: An interactive user interface (UI) to manage searching of data is disclosed. The UI includes a first display panel configured to display a parent context view and a child context view thereon and a second display panel configured to display a diagram of an enlarged portion of the child context view.

Abstract: An ignition circuit for a detonator is disclosed. The circuit includes an igniter, a transient voltage suppressor (TVS), an energy source and a switch, all electrically connected in series with each other. Current flow through the igniter sufficient to ignite the igniter is prevented until an ignition voltage is applied across the TVS that is equal to or greater than the breakdown voltage of the TVS.
Abstract: A flow sensor may be formed by bonding a sensor chip formed with a flow rate detecting part and a flow path-forming member that is provided on the sensor chip and is formed with a flow path for a fluid flowing in the flow rate detecting part to each other on the upper surface of a substrate. The flow path-forming member may be formed by bonding a transparent first flow path forming member and a second flow path-forming member to each other. The first flow path forming member has a plate shape, and is provided with an inflow port and a outflow port for the fluid to be measured, and the second flow path forming member has a plate shape, and is provided with a through hole that forms the flow path along the flow of the fluid flowing along the flow rate detecting part.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display includes a first insulating substrate, a data insulating layer disposed on a data wire of the first insulating substrate, and a color filter layer, an organic film layer, and a light shielding layer disposed on the data insulating layer. The organic film layer is positioned on the color filter layer, and the light shielding layer is positioned on the organic film layer in the screen display area. The color filter layer and the light shielding layer contact each other in the peripheral area.
Abstract: Methods and related systems efficiently and effectively recover a significant amount of valuable, useable oil from byproducts formed during a dry milling process used for producing ethanol. The method may include forming a concentrate from the byproduct and recovering oil from the concentrate. The step of forming the concentrate may include evaporating the byproduct using a multi-stage evaporator, as well as recovering the oil before the final stage of the evaporator. Further, the step of recovering oil from the concentrate may include using a centrifuge and, in particular, a disk stack centrifuge. Other aspects of the invention include related methods and subsystems for recovering oil.
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments of the invention relate to methods, systems, and storage mediums for providing multi-viewpoint, media-sharing activities related to proximity-centric media content associated with an event whereby the media-sharing activities are performed via portable communications devices. The method includes identifying an alternate feed of media content by a first portable communications device that was captured by a second portable communications device at the event. The method also includes performing real-time auditioning of the media content by the first portable communications device for assessing a vantage point of the media content with respect to the event. The method further includes receiving the alternate feed of media content at the first portable communications device in response to a request transmitted by the first portable communications device. The first portable communications device and the second portable communications device are in geographic propinquity of the event.
Abstract: A method for fabricating a magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM) includes forming a mask over a magnetic layer; forming a template on the mask; applying a diblock copolymer to the template; curing the diblock copolymer to form a first plurality of uniform shapes registered to the template; etching the mask to form a second plurality of uniform shapes; and etching the magnetic layer to form a third plurality of uniform shapes, the third plurality of uniform shapes comprising a plurality of magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs). A diblock copolymer mask for fabricating a magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM) includes a magnetic layer; a mask formed on the magnetic layer; a template formed on the mask; and a diblock copolymer mask comprising a plurality of uniform shapes formed on and registered to the template.

Abstract: A backlight assembly includes a light source, a light-guide plate, a mold frame and a bottom chassis. The mold frame includes a first bottom portion, a protrusion on a first surface of the first bottom portion and a first sidewall portion on a second surface of the first bottom portion opposite to the first surface of the first bottom portion and facing the light guide plate. Input of email addresses for recipients in a privileged list and for recipients not in the privileged list is received. An email message is transmitted to recipients in the privileged list and to recipients not in the privileged list. The recipients in the privileged list are able to visibly distinguish recipients in the privileged list from the recipients not in the privileged list. The recipients not in the privileged list are unable to visibly distinguish the recipients in the privileged list. Input of email addresses for recipients in a restricted list and for recipients not in the restricted list is received. An email message is transmitted to recipients in the restricted list and to recipients not in the restricted list. Recipients in the restricted list are unable to visibly see recipients in the restricted list.

Abstract: A method of manufacturing a printed circuit board (PCB) includes of disposing thermal transfer vias and electrical vias through the PCB. The method further includes filling holes of the vias with a solder mask. The thermal transfer vias are filled to about 70% of capacity while the electrical vias are completely filled. Once filled, surfaces of the PCB are coated with an organic solderability preservative.
Abstract: Provided is a microvalve having a magnetic wax plug which includes a micro fluidic structure having an inlet portion and an outlet portion, a magnetic wax plug provided at a predetermined section where the inlet portion and the outlet portion meet, existing in a solid state, melted at a temperature higher than a predetermined temperature, and reversibly moving along a magnetic field, so as to control flux of a fluid through the micro fluidic structure, a heating portion provided corresponding to the section and heating the magnetic wax plug to be melted, and a magnetic field application portion selectively applying a magnetic field to a position where the melted magnetic wax plug arrives.
