  • Patent number: 7287456
Abstract: A breech system for a firearm exhibits a breech which can be locked in its movement in the barrel block by at least one locking element, which is pressed against the rear end of the barrel by means of a breech spring surrounding the rigid barrel of the weapon, the barrel being enclosed with the exception of the front and rear apertures, whereby the breech spring is supported at the rear section of the barrel and at least one link element subjected to tension connects the front end of the breech spring and the breech. In order to guarantee precise function and in a manner which is safe for the user, by means of a simple arrangement which is reproducible in manufacture, a purely mechanical delay element is inserted in the link between the breech (10) and the breech spring (9).

  • Patent number: 7263920
Abstract: A torque impact wrench having an elongated tubular metal housing. The front end of an impact wrench is secured to the rear end of the housing by a motor mount. The front end of the drive shaft of the impact wrench is inserted into the rear of an impact socket. The rear end of a drive screw is received in the front end of the impact socket. The drive screw has external threads on its rear portion and external threads on its front portion. The drive screw passes through a screw drive nut whose bore is internally threaded. The drive screw is rigidly secured in the steel housing. The front end of the steel housing has a first load disc closing that end and it removably receives the lower crimping die. A second load disc is longitudinally spaced from the first load disc and it also has a crimping die removably secured thereto. A third load disc is screwed onto the front end of the drive screw.

  • Patent number: 7249911
Abstract: A novel small quasi-hemispherical truncated-dome modular-dot like device, which can be readily affixed to pavement in a Federally-mandated pattern via a special hole/matrix-stencil;—the resulting demarkations thereby serving to alert the Legally-blind (as well as Guide-dogs, persons in wheelchairs, and otherwise pre-occupied non-handicapped individuals) their pedestrian-pathway is entering into a potentially dangerous transition area typically crossed by a motor-vehicle pathway. The individual so called DW-DOTS™ are resilient circular low-profile devices having an annular-ramp configuration, and thus standing out only sufficiently above a foot-surface as to enable foot-tactile detection, yet not pose the potential tripping hazzard known to embedded-mats. This novel safety-button offers a desired permanent contrasting-color, plus has a definition and rugged permanency not known to poured-dot installations.

  • Patent number: 7157805
Abstract: An electricity generation system having the ability to generate clean electrical power by mechanically capturing the power of the wind. The system utilizes one or more modular wind collecting sail assemblies that are mounted on an upright oriented pole assembly. The bottom end of the pole assembly is rigidly connected to a horizontally oriented elongated spring-motor primary winding axle who's opposite ends are journaled in a base assembly. Each end of the spring-motor primary winding axle is connected to a one way sprague coupling. That coupling is in turn connected to the spring-motor secondary winding axle having one or more spring motors mounted thereon. The inner end of each spring motor metal band is secured to the spring-motor secondary winding axle.

  • Patent number: 7156745
Abstract: A combination pool table/ping pong table having height adjustment means for raising and lowering simultaneously the four corners of the game table. This allows the game of pool to be played at a proper regulation height and also allows the ping pong table to be used at a proper regulation height. A ping pong table surface is formed from a plurality of panels that rest on the top edge of the game table. These panels can be removably connected to each other. There is a storage rack assembly positioned in a chamber beneath the playing surface of the pool table that allows the ping pong table panels to be stored out of sight when not in use. There are two different embodiments of height adjustment means for raising and lowering the height of the game table.

  • Patent number: 7134254
Abstract: A skylight fall protection safety panel formed from a single sheet of metal having a predetermined surface area A1 and a plurality of apertures are punched out of at least one central perimeter surface area A3. A2 is as great as or greater than 0.60A1. The shape of the apertures can take many different forms but they would have a greatest width D1 that is less than 2.0 inches. The central perforated portion has a sufficient number of apertures of a sufficient size that 50 percent of A2 is open to pass light therethrough. The sheet metal safety panel would be secured under an existing fiberglass skylight panel. The sheet panel can also be corrugated to match translucent skylight panels that are corrugated. The sheet metal panel can also be inserted into a mold or cast with a top layer of resin material and a bottom layer of resin material and also having the central perforated portion apertures filled with resin.

  • Patent number: 7128175
Abstract: A multi-terrain amphibious vehicle for travel across various types of surfaces and upon various bodies of water. The vehicle has an elongated longitudinally extending chassis having a bottom surface having a centerline. A plurality of left side propulsion units and a plurality of right side propulsion units extend inwardly toward the centerline and they are supported by the chassis. A vehicle body having a passenger compartment is mounted on the chassis. A source of drive power is mounted on the chassis. Power transmission structure connects the drive power structure to the driven axles of the respective left and right side propulsion units. The propulsion units each have a plurality of cam-shaped wheels mounted on each driven axle. The cam-shaped wheels are oriented on the driven axle so that there will always be an arcuate perimeter segment of one of the cam-shaped wheels positioned to contact the ground surface during each 360 degree rotation of the driven shaft.

  • Patent number: 7109427
Abstract: A method for producing a finished multimedia card (MMC) in a single molding operation in a second stage manufacturing operation. The first stage involves obtaining an already molded top plate and an already assembled printed circuit board (PCB). The second stage involves placing the molded top plate and assembled printed circuit board together in a mold assembly and then placing the mold assembly in an injection molding machine. The printed circuit board is thus only exposed to a single molding operation in order to produce a finished multimedia card such as a memory card. The single molding operation produces an improved quality multimedia card.
