Abstract: A lipstick making device includes an elastic mold device having a mold cavity for filling and molding a lipstick element, three or more curved mold pieces movably disposed above the elastic mold device for forming a hole in the mold pieces when the curved mold pieces are moved radially inward and toward each other, and for receiving the lipstick material to form a root portion of the lipstick element. The root portion of the lipstick element may be exposed when the curved mold pieces are moved away from each other for allowing the slide of the lipstick housing to be easily and readily engaged onto the exposed root portion of the lipstick element.
Abstract: A training apparatus for walking includes a pair of identical support assemblies each of which has a generally vertical member, the upper end of which is connected to a generally horizontal member. An end of the horizontal member includes a loop which accepts the forearm of a user. The user walks with the apparatus in a manner similar to walking with a pair of canes while a child grasps the vertical members and gains confidence while learning to walk.

Abstract: The invention relates to a control system for a commutator motor which is operated by phase-fired control. Allocation of a first and second control device in a single operating state without transition makes it possible to obtain constant jolting rotation of said motor by continuously varied cutting of the half-waves into first and second area sections (8,7) of an alternative current voltage. The inventive type of control system can be used advantageously in electric screwing or drilling tools.
Abstract: A beam for supporting an load such as a storage rack, platform or the like is provided whereby products in or on the article can be stored safely and displayed. In particular, the present invention includes a beam with a support element having a first and a second end, a continuous base portion having a turned portion positioned between the first and second ends of the support element, a beveled display portion joined to the continuous base portion, and a brace portion joining the display portion to the support element. The beam preferably has a closed cross section whereby all portions unitary with one another. An article such as a storage rack platform is loaded onto the support element while a bar code or other product information indicia are displayed on the beveled portion.
Abstract: A soybean milk maker comprises a main body having an upper opening and a cover releasably mounted to the upper opening of the main body. The cover includes a passage having an upper end communicated with outside and a lower end. A filter/receiver is mounted in the main body and attached to the cover. The lower end of the passage is communicated with the filter/receiver. The passage is provided for adding soybeans and water into the filter/receiver. A power device mounted in the cover. A driving shaft is mounted in the filter/receiver and has an upper end operably connected to and thus driven by the power device and a lower end to which several blades are attached. A heating element is provided for heating soybean juice as a result of breaking the soybeans by the blades.
Abstract: A control and data transmission installation and a process for transmission of safety-related data in a control and data transmission installation. In accordance with the invention, safety procedures of existing field bus systems, particularly the interbus, are improved in such a way that there is no need either for additional lines for the transmission of control signals or redundant, safety-related units. In the inventive control and data installation, a master control device and a number of bus subscribers each include respective safety-related devices for carrying out predetermined safety functions. The safety-related devices can communicate with each other by way of a field bus.
Abstract: A monolithic capacitor chip includes a first electrode layer enclosed in a ceramic which comprises a ceramic layer. The first electrode is on one side of the ceramic layer. A second electrode is formed as a pad for contact with the other side of the ceramic layer. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first electrode is accessed electrically by way of an end cap. In another embodiment the first electrode is accessed electrically by way of a conductive via through the ceramic layer.
Abstract: A score counter includes a bar having two spheres on two ends thereof so as to fix the bar by engaging the two spheres with relative members. A plurality of retaining members each have a score marked therein and extend from an outside of the bar. A plurality of blocks are slidably mounted to the bar and each block is separated by the retaining members on the bar. The hole is sized that the user can move the block over the retaining members by force. The blocks on the bar are separated by the retaining members.
Abstract: A container for salad includes a base, a removable cover and a chamber insert which projects through the cover and into the container. The container is sealed by a removable cap. Pressure applied by a user to a portion of the chamber insert releases the cap and allows salad dressing which is stored in an enclosure in the chamber member to flow onto salad ingredients which are in the base. Shaking the container facilitates uniform mixing of the salad dressing with the salad ingredients.
Abstract: A sander includes a base having a platform for supporting a work piece. A casing is rotatably secured to the base at a pivot shaft and has a plate for supporting a sander member. A lock device may secure the casing and the sander member to the base at any selected angular positions. The casing has two rotatable barrels for supporting the sander member. A motor is secured to the casing and secured to one of the barrels for driving the sander member via the barrels. The barrels may be adjusted relative to each other to tighten the sander member.
Abstract: A suspending structure of a ceiling fan is disclosed. Since in the prior art suspending structure of a ceiling fan, the swinging angle of a swinging pipe set is confined by the assembly hole of a suspender, a swinging pipe set, a hanging bell and other components. Therefore, the swing is preformed in a small angle. For a surface (such as ceiling) with a large inclined angle, it can not be used and is very dangerous. Therefore, in the present invention, two sides of the assembly hole of a suspender are formed with a cavity and an opening, and the engaging hole of the hanging bell is formed with long sides. Two ends of the long side are placed on the cavity and opening of the suspender. Thereby, as the swinging pipe set shifts toward said cavity, said swinging pipe is received within one end of said long side of the cavity. Therefore, a swing of large angle is generated, moreover, said swinging path of the swinging pipe set is confined by said buckle and said trench.
