Abstract: Apparatus and method for constructing at a given site a building having a predetermined shape with a periphery that is essentially defined by a width and a length, and the building having generally vertical walls. At a second site creating an upright structure having an interior bounded by spaced-apart and generally vertical walls but no floor, the separation of said walls serving to define an empty shell whose size and shape corresponds to that of the building that is to be constructed. Connecting horizontal beams to the interior of the upright structure so that they and the upright structure can be lifted. Positioning inside the upright structure a trailer that has the necessary load capacity to transport the upright structure over a public road. Temporarily connecting the trailer to the horizontal beams and transporting the upright structure to the first site. Disconnecting the trailer from the upright structure and removing the trailer from the interior of the upright structure.
Abstract: A major feature of the invention is an open-top receptacle for receiving and holding the blade of a spinnerbait. The preferred receptacle has a pair of rigid, confronting and spaced-apart walls that are designated (for identification purposes) as first and second walls. The spacing between the first and second walls is made less than the width of a spinnerbait blade, in order that a vertically oriented blade within a receptacle cannot rotate about a vertical axis within the receptacle. Additionally, the first wall has a small notch that is sized and located to receive and restrain one leg of the spring wire against movement in a side-to-side direction with respect to the receptacle.
Another major part of the invention may be broadly described as a means for holding a given spinnerbait against accidental removal from the particular receptacle in which it is being stored.
Abstract: An improved ramrod having utility in preparing a firearm for firing, said firearm being of the type that uses black powder as a propellant and is sometimes called a muzzleloader. The ramrod has an elongated body of substantial rigidity so that it may function to tamp a bullet prior to igniting a charge of black powder. A folding arm is permanently attached to and carried by the "outer" end of the elongated body. The folding arm has a stowed position in which the arm is generally aligned with the body's longitudinal axis. The arm also has a working position in which it makes a substantial angle (e.g., 90 degrees) with respect to the body's longitudinal axis. The attachment of the folding arm to the elongated body is by a pivot pin having an axis of rotation that is perpendicular to the body's longitudinal axis. A force may be transferred to the body by manually applying said force to the arm while the arm is in its working position.

Abstract: A tackle box for organizing and storing a large quantity of fishing lures in such a way that any particular lure can be rapidly located and retrieved from the box for use. Each lure is stored by placing its depending hooks in one or more slots on a given one of a plurality of plates, the plates extending radially outward from a support rod or spindle, and the rod or spindle being mounted within a tackle box for rotation about a longitudinal axis. In the preferred embodiment, the rod's axis of rotation is horizontal when the tackle box is resting horizontally.
Abstract: A portable apparatus for storing small packets of perishable material so as to extend the storage life of the material is provided. A base and housing fixed to the base are provided. A heat exchange device which includes a sealed container filled with a cooling medium is mounted inside the housing. A plurality of vertically oriented tubes that have open tops and bottoms are provided for holding a plurality of small packets of the perishable material in heat exchange relationship with the cooling medium. A cover is mounted over the housing and the stored perishable material therein to keep the packets of material below room temperature until such time as one of the packets is dispensed for use.
