A first pixel is illuminated at a first non-zero illumination level during a first frame and a second non-zero illumination level during a second frame, immediately following the first frame. The second illumination level is greater than the first level. The first pixel is decreased in illumination to a level less than the first illumination level prior to illuminating the first pixel at the second illumination level during the second frame.

Abstract: The invention relates to a pulper and to its method for recycling wastes and/or product residuals. The pulper comprises a tank is which a rotor is provided for defibrating the stock mixture to be recycled, as well as a screen for drawing off the defibrated outfeed from the tank, the rotor being powered by an electric motor comprising a drive shaft in active transmission with the rotor. In accordance with the invention the electric motor is configured as a three-phase synchronous motor for operation in a speed range from 0 to 1000 rpm. It is connected to the output of a frequency inverter controlled by a controller, the output of the drive shaft being directly connected to the rotor.

Abstract: The bridge is constructed of one inner tube and an outer tube surrounding the inner tube. The inner and outer tube are joined to each other by connecting pipes welded to the outer surface of the inner tube and to the inner surface of the outer tube so that the inner tube and the outer tube are connected to each other through said connecting pipes whereby a rigid composite structure is formed. A control unit thereof calculates a period of time when the alarm issues based on the set warning-issue-time before circuit-board-discharge and the like. After a sensor of entrance side has detected that the circuit board enters into main body of the reflow soldering apparatus, the control unit determines whether or not the starting time of the alarm sound has been elapsed. The control unit controls the information unit to sound the alarm when the control unit determines that the starting time of the warning issue has elapsed.
Abstract: Disclosed are polymers of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose acetate succinate (HPMCAS) and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose acetate (HPMCA) with unique degrees of substitution of hydroxypropoxy, methoxy, acetyl, and succinoyl groups. Abstract: An adjustable, foldable support leg for a bass drum has a cylindrical leg member movable longitudinally within a tubular leg member. A threaded portion of the tubular member includes apertures in which ball bearings are located. The bearings are retained in the apertures by an annular locking collar which is also threaded to allow the collar to move longitudinally on the tubular member as the collar is turned. The locking collar has an interior frustoconical surface. When the collar moves downwardly on the tubular member, this surface presses the ball bearings against the cylindrical member, locking the leg members in place. A mounting bracket includes a pin about which the folding leg pivots and a channel which receives the inner end of the leg. The leg is biased against the floor of the channel which includes detents to receive the end of the leg in the folded and extended positions.

Then, the right transducer of the center speaker is energized to emit an acoustic ping signal, the transducers of the left and right speakers are utilized to detect the ping signal, and lapse of time between emission of the ping signal by the right transducer and detection of the ping signal by the transducers of the left and right speakers is measured.
