    Abstract: The various embodiments herein provide a mandrel assembly for tube bending. The mandrel assembly comprises a plurality of chains, a ring arranged between the plurality of chains links, a plurality of ball segments, a shank and a pin. The ring is placed between the set of chain links and the chain links are inserted into the one side of the ball segment and the other side of the ball segment is inserted with other set of chain links and the pin is held to hold the components firmly. The plurality of chains links are passed into a machined section of each of the plurality of ball segments and the pin is inserted into a groove of the ball segments to hold the plurality of chains and then connected to the shank thereby forming a mandrel joint.

    Abstract: A novel continuous process is used for production of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) of methane on iron floating catalyst in-situ deposited on MgO in a fluidized bed reactor. In the hot zone of the reactor, sublimed ferrocene vapors were contacted with MgO powder fluidized by methane feed to produce Fe/MgO catalyst in-situ. An annular tube was used to enhance the ferrocene and MgO contacting efficiency. Multi-wall as well as single-wall CNTs were grown on the Fe/MgO catalyst while falling down the reactor. The CNTs were continuously collected at the bottom of the reactor, only when MgO powder was used. The annular tube enhanced the contacting efficiency and improved both the quality and quantity of CNTs. The SEM and TEM micrographs of the products reveal that the CNTs are mostly entangled bundles with diameters of about 20 nm. Raman spectra show that the CNTs have low amount of amorphous carbon with IG/ID ratios as high as 10.2 for synthesis at 900° C.

According to one embodiment herein, a titanium based sol is synthesized and deposited on a substrate, dried for 120° C. for 1 hour, calcinated upto 400° C. for 1 hour, doped with a corrosion inhibitor, dried and deposited a layer of hybrid silica sol and cured to obtain the anticorrosive layer. According to another embodiment, a surface pre-treatment coating has a composition comprising a titanium dioxide layer, a corrosion inhibitor doped on the titanium dioxide layer, a hybrid silicate layer deposited on the doped titanium layer to form a coating to provide an improved corrosion resistance and self-healing effect.

The present invention discloses multiple sensors for temperature control of the furnace, wherein said sensors provide a precise and accurate measurement of the glass temperature separately. After acquiring sensors data, the fusion process is done using Bayesian approach in order to achieve more accurate values for glass temperature, thereby enhancing the system performance and decreasing the number of unnecessary emergency shut downs (unnecessary ESDs) of the furnace heating elements, which are produced due to false alarms.

According to the method, a corncockle powder and a turmeric powder are prepared and mixed with an animal oil to form a liquid mixture. The mixture is kept for 24 hrs at room temperature. Moreover, the embodiments herein also provide a method of treating infertility in a patient by injecting a dose of 2 cc to 10 cc of the prepared medicine in the vagina of the patient for 3 consecutive days immediately after a completion of a menstrual cycle using a disposable or reusable syringe without a needle.

    Abstract: A method is disclosed for fabrication of NiO nanoparticles and NiO chip-like nanoflakes by solvothermal technique. Mixed organic alcohols were used as solvent to make a homogenous solution from a nickel containing salt (or complex) for production of NiO nanoparticles and chip-like nanoflakes. The solution was heated in a sealed flask sitting inside a warm furnace. The precipitate was filtered, rinsed, dried and calcined to produce nanoparticles or nanoflakes. The size of the particles was controllable by heating time and temperature. Similar procedures were used for production of both nanostructures except hydrogen peroxide addition to the initial solution for NiO chip-like nanoflakes fabrication.
