Abstract: A multiple cuff system is disclosed which has more than one cuff some of which may be perforated or permeable in any degree or made of porous materials to let in situ delivery of different drugs, and especially local anesthetics to the target tissues that are the tissues in touch or within the vicinity of the inflated cuff. The local anesthetics suitable to be delivered via the cuff are also introduced. The preferred method for application of the multiple cuffed ETT during surgical operations, can overcome the emergence reactions commonly encountered during lighter levels of anesthesia.
Abstract: The present invention is a bioactive endodontic material and its use for filling the tooth and bone cavities. The present invention, by using calcium salt, calcium oxide, calcium silicate, and calcium phosphate compounds as essential constituents, and mixing them with a water base solution, prepares a bioactive calcium and phosphate enriched material. The enriched material (cement) comprises high concentration of water-soluble calcium and phosphate, and immediately forms hydroxyapatite during and after setting. The cement is biocompatible, antibacterial, capable to form an effective seal against reentrance of microorganisms into the filled cavity, compatible to handle and set in an aqueous environment, and able to stimulate hard tissue healing.

In the present invention colloidal nanosilver is subject to synthesis by a very simple method and in a short time. Abstract: The present invention relates to composition useful in growing hair. The compositions are particularly suited for re-growing hair in subjects who have experienced hair loss due to any cause. The compositions comprise essentially the lipoidic fraction of mammalian bone marrow. Methods of using the compositions and processes of preparing the lipoidic fraction for the compositions are also disclosed.
