The charge pump circuit includes a fly-back capacitor configured to store a charge of the voltage inputted from the input terminal and an output transistor connected between one terminal of the fly-back capacitor and the output terminal of the charge pump circuit. The control circuit unit receives a reference voltage and the voltage outputted from the charge pump circuit and is configured to generate a proportional voltage proportional to the voltage outputted from the charge pump circuit and output a voltage to control the output transistor depending on a difference between the proportional voltage and the reference voltage so that the proportional voltage has the same voltage level as the reference voltage.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for renewing program files of a programmable, mobile telecommunications terminal, according to which the program files are transmitted from a telecommunications network to the telecommunications terminal via the air interface. The aim of the invention is to allow the program files to be renewed in a simple and cost-effective manner and with little effort. To achieve this, the terminal type is determined by the telecommunications network, new program files that exist in devices of the telecommunications network, or are available elsewhere are determined and made available for the identified terminal type and the existing new program files are automatically transmitted to the terminal via the air interface.
Abstract: A switching regulator includes a switching element that switches between on and off according to a control signal, an inductor that is charged with the input voltage by switching of the switching element, a rectification element that discharges the inductor when the switching element is off and charging the inductor is stopped, a differential amplifier that amplifies a difference between a voltage proportional to the output voltage and a predetermined reference voltage, a voltage change detection circuit that detects changes in the output voltage, and a control circuit that causes the switching element to switch between on and off in a predetermined cycle depending on a voltage output from the differential amplifier. The control circuit turns on the switching element regardless of the predetermined cycle when the voltage change detection circuit detects that a decrease in the output voltage exceeds a predetermined first reference value.
Abstract: New lines of stem cells from the growing antlers of deer (Cervidae) and the application of said cells in the reconstruction of connective tissue, preferentially bone, cartilage or adipose tissue, in humans and animals; as well as a method of culturing them and the application of tissues from growing deer antlers in the production of the MIC-1 stable stem cell line.

Abstract: ‘Merbeingold 2350’ is a new Australian variety of mandarin. It was selected from the progeny obtained following a controlled pollination of ‘Imperial’ mandarinבEllendale’ tangor in 1984. It was selected because it is strongly parthenocarpic and is capable of yielding seedless fruits, which are sweet, juicy and easy-to-peel. Fruit maturity is mid season in the Murray Valley of Australia. The rind of Merbeingold is thin, orange-to-orange red, strong yet easily peeled. Its fruits can be snap picked, eliminating a need to clip. Internally, the flesh of ‘Merbeingold 2350’ is attractive, orange in colour and juicy with a good sugar/acid balance.
