Abstract: A method for producing a torque transmission device such as a fixed constant velocity ball joint constructed as an opposed track joint in which the curvatures bases of the tracks of the joint deviate in their axial course from the curvatures of the ball contact lines. The method is characterized in that prior to the formation of a longitudinal profile of a joint component, the component is brought to an increased hardness by a hardening process and a diffusion layer is partially or completely removed in the region of the longitudinal profile.
Abstract: In a high pressure centrifugal compressor, the occurrence of rotating stall noticeable in a comparatively-low specific speed wheel stage is prevented, thereby high efficient fluid performance is obtained and reliability is improved. The centrifugal compressor has a first vaneless diffuser with a constant flow channel height on the downstream side of an impeller, and a second vaneless diffuser in which the flow channel height decreases in a flow direction from an inlet to an outlet on the downstream side of the first vaneless diffuser. These diffusers are combined with an impeller using thick blades.
Abstract: A first hydraulic circuit leads, as clutch control pressure, pressurized oil supplied from a first hydraulic pump, to a transmission control device after regulating the pressurized oil, and leads, as torque converter operation oil, pressured oil to a torque converter, and leads pressurized oil to an oil cooler. Through a second hydraulic circuit, pressurized oil from a second hydraulic pump is distributed to a circuit portion downstream of the pressure regulation valve and upstream of a safety valve and to a circuit portion downstream of the torque converter and upstream of the oil cooler. A flow control device changes a proportion of a rate of flow in the second hydraulic circuit so that a proportion of the rate of flow to the circuit portion downstream of the torque converter and upstream of the oil cooler increases as pressure at an entrance of the torque converter increases.

Abstract: In adjusting transmission timings of frames sequentially transmitted from a radio network controller to a base transceiver station, the frame transmission schedule is changed in appropriate manner in response to a necessary Timing Adjustment control frame (TA). In a first period of time, which is a period of ignoring the received TA, the adjustment of the transmission timings of the frames is suspended. Also, out of the first period, the first period is varied in accordance with a variety of the delayed amount in transmission between the radio network controller and the base transceiver station. There is provided a period of ignoring a first control frame to be informed from the radio base transceiver station to the radio network controller. By setting the period to be a variable value, the synchronization control is accomplished with certainty.

Abstract: A navigation device receives a differential map data from a map delivery server via a communication line. The map delivery server checks whether there is a new intersection on a navigation route searched by the navigation device after updating a map data. The navigation device acquires a differential map data containing the intersection from the map delivery server. Then, an update map data selection section determines whether the intersection can be updated in time. An update order determination section updates the differential map data which can be updated in time in ascending order of time required to reach the intersection.
