  • Patent number: 8033480
Abstract: Fastening for a rail and arrangement for fastening of rails The invention relates to a fastening for a rail for securing a rail (10) whose foot is resting on a concrete sleeper (16), comprising at least one elastic clip (20) having several legs of which at least one leg extends inside a shoulder (42, 44) or channel of a holder (24) that is connected to the concrete sleeper, and at least one further leg rests on the rail foot. For securing a rail to the necessary extent with simple design means and in space-saving form, it is suggested that the holder (24, 26) is arranged detachably in the concrete sleeper (16) or in a plate element resting thereon and is connected to the concrete sleeper by a bolt element.

  • Patent number: 8025825
Abstract: A method for the compression molding of a plastic part including a neck which is equipped with an orifice, in which a blank is created and compressed. The part is molded with a neck which is equipped with a top wall including a thin area with a notch, the contour of this thin area defining the orifice, and two zones which can withstand the mechanical stress necessary in order to break the top wall at the notch. One of the two zones is intended to transmit the mechanical stress and the other is used as a support. The section of the notch is slightly inclined in relation to the axis of the neck. After molding, mechanical stress is applied to one part of the top wall, other than the thin area, so that the top wall tears at the notch, thereby producing the dispensing orifice.

  • Patent number: 8021504
Abstract: A quality control method for ultrasound welding. The method provides for the generation of a tolerance range which is adjusted to the progress of the welding process and which is generated from measured values which influence the welding process. A measured value tolerance range is determined from measured values of executed welding processes, the measured values being associated with at least one parameter which influences the welding process and/or represents the goods of the welding process. Measured values are associated with an identical parameter of a further welding process following thereafter and are considered during the quality monitoring in such a way that the measured value tolerance range is changed in its form or composition to an average value for further welding processes, in accordance with the variance between the additional measured values and the tolerance range determined from previous measured values.

  • Patent number: 8016206
Abstract: An air conditioning system for automobile having a heater core capable of heating the interior in good efficiency is to be provided. Such a heater core is supplied with the coolant having bubbles removed, and thereby the efficiency of heat exchange is enhanced and the noise is reduced. On the internal combustion engine is mounted a water outlet (bubble separating means) 3 having a receiving chamber 8 that the coolant after cooling the engine flows in. In the downstream position of the chamber 8 is formed a communicating portion 9 of narrowed sectional area and a feeding chamber 10 of increased sectional area in turn. The flowing velocity of the coolant is increased in the communicating portion 9 and decreased in the feeding chamber 10 and thereby it is possible to make bubbles in the coolant float up and separate out. As a result, the coolant without bubbles may be fed to the heater core 7 through a feeding portion 11.

  • Patent number: 8016905
Abstract: The invention relates to a filter mat, which is used in applications where it filters the flows of contaminated air that pass through it. In such mats, there are points where aerosols collect. This is disadvantageous as it lowers the efficiency of the mat. The present invention overcomes this by having, at these points, wicks (2) that absorb said collections.

  • Patent number: 7997570
Abstract: The sheets are supplied interfolded by two folding rollers, on a table on which they are piled up forming a stack. When the stack achieves a predetermined height a first plurality of separators and a second plurality of separators, arranged for all the length of the stack and from opposite sides are inserted into the stack to provide the disengagement of the stack already formed from a stack being formed, leaving between them of a wing of sheet hanging. The stack formed is then withdrawn quickly from the stack being formed by means of a table, which translates vertically, and is subject to a blow of air for stretching a possible last sheet. Then, the stack formed is left on a longitudinal conveyor belt located underneath. At the same time, a sheet stretching board moves under the stack of interfolded sheets, for all its length, for provisional support thereof and for stretching completely the wing hanging from the stack being formed with a portion of wing that exceeds sheet stretching board.
