    Abstract: A point of purchase display and product holding carriage having an essentially horizontal portion attachable to a point of purchase counter and a vertical product or carriage portion extending approximately ninety (90) degrees from the horizontal portion and projecting downwardly and in front of the counter or display stand. The vertical product carrying carriage has a plurality of pockets for holding the product. The horizontal portion which attaches to and is secured to a counter top or point of purchase display stand has a channel or opening for receiving interchangeable placards which contains point of purchase graphics which can be seen since the unit is made of clear plastic. A rear panel of the vertically extending portion or carriage which carries and displays product also has graphic material which can be seen from the front of the product carrier since it is also of clear plastic.

    Abstract: A bagel or pastry filling device attachable to one end of a standard and well-known pastry filling or cake decorating gun. The inventive concept combines a bent piece of tubing made from any suitable material wherein one end has a sharp edge which is insertable into a bagel, donut, piece of pastry, and whose other end is inserted into a funnel where it is held in place by means of an insert placed inside the flared opening of the funnel which, while usually made of plastic, may be made of any suitable material. The pastry filling attachment is then inserted into a nut, usually made of plastic, which in turn engages a length of plastic tubing having external male threads. A trigger device associated with a trigger handle threadably engages the opposite end of the plastic tubing and further holds a horizontally extending ratchet device for moving a plunger forward which squeezes filling into in and through the funnel and tubing and into a receiving device.

    Abstract: A work top to be used in conjunction with a computer work station which has a pull-out keyboard shelf that may be pulled out to varying distances. The disclosure provides such a work top which can be temporarily moved aside by simply being pushed or by pulling it to slide it back onto a keyboard shelf of a piece of computer furniture that has a pull-out keyboard shelf that may be pulled out to varying distances. The device is simplistic in that the final adjustments need be made only once; that is, when the device is first placed over a cart or desk top and the movable parts under the device are placed in the desired position. The device can be installed or removed by simply placing it onto the pulled-out keyboard shelf and by lifting it off the keyboard shelf. The structure consists of a basic hardboard top, probably rectangular, and wherein each of its four corners are slightly rounded.

    Abstract: A device for cleaning a swimming pool filter of the flexible tube type and wherein the pool may either be either of the standard backyard type or the larger commercial type pool. The flexible tubes are banded together to form a removable flexible tube nest which is inserted into the pool filter. The cleaning device of the instant invention has an inner tube having a plurality of small apertures formed there through and essentially at one end thereof and circumferentially around the tube. The opposite end of this tube has a plurality of spacers about its circumference to separate it from an outer tube into which it is inserted. An end cap having a female hose connector is disposed over this end of the inner tube. A lever type hose valve is inserted into the hose connector and water supply is connected to the hose valve.

    Abstract: A combined bulb and vegetable planter which is spring loaded to allow the user to readily remove a plug of soil from the ground, either for the purpose of planting vegetables and disposing of the plug of soil or planting a bulb and returning the plug of soil into the ground and over the planted bulb. In either operation, a plunger or cylinder is pressed into the soil by exerting a force on a foot rest attached to the cylinder or plunger. Extending vertically from the plunger or cylinder is a hollow tubing housing a shaft having a spring disposed about a portion thereof between a spring tension collar and an alien screw for compressing the spring when desired. A gripping handle is provided near the upper end of the vertically extending hollow tubing for the purpose of being gripped by the user of the invention. Extending above this gripping handle is a knob handle with brass plug and alien screw, and further, having a rubber compressions spacer which forms the operating mechanism for the spring.

    Abstract: A drain cover locking device which fits into a drain pipe for the purpose of receiving and holding in place a standard drain cover. In general, the locking device is made of a solid generally rectangular piece of bar material, usually of metal, with one hole drilled through the center of the bar for receiving a fastener, such as a screw, and preferably a tamper-proof screw head, which is first inserted through a center hole in the drainer cover. A threaded rod having an “L” shaped hanger is threaded into each end of the bar material and the “L” shaped piece fits over the drain pipe for holding the mechanism in place. The center piece or generally rectangular piece of bar material is then turned with a wrench or other device until the bar material is firmly held in place over the pipe and the drain screw is then placed over the pipe with the center hole aligned with the center hole of the center bar.

    Abstract: A pre-vaccination or pre-procedural topical anesthetic patch which functions not unlike a nicotine patch and which is essentially a round Band-Aid® (trademark) containing a topical anesthetic. The Band-Aid® anesthetic carrying device may be of any shape or size. It is applied to a persons skin at a site where a needle is to be inserted such that the site will have a topical anesthetic applied. When the Band-Aid® is removed from the site prior to a needle being inserted a visible delineation of a target area is visible on the skin. That is, that side of the Band-Aid® which contacts the skin will contain a dye, of any color, although preferably red, in the form of a circle or any other geometric shape, smaller than the diameter or size of the Band-Aid®, whereby when the Band-Aid® is removed the dye will leave a mark at the site which is the “target” area.

    Abstract: A universal mounting bracket for use on slotted steel shelf standards or slotted steel uprights without the necessity of using tools or additional sub-assembly being required. The universal sidekick mount bracket is of generally triangular shape having one flattened hook end for engaging a slot in the shelf standard or steel upright. The bracket is then rotated toward the standard or upright while, at the same time, applying pressure to a fulcrum or pressure plate which is attached near the lower end of one of the legs of the triangle. Once the bracket is fully rotated a sliding clip disposed about the same leg of the triangle to which the pressure plate is attached engages a slot in the standard or upright thus securing the sidekick mount bracket to the slotted shelf standard or upright. The bracket can now support a hanging display stand.

A plurality of panels, preferably but not necessarily of plastic are connected, side-by-side, by hinges which will allow the panels to fold on each other when folded and to allow the panels to unfold into a locked position and then mounted to the inner and outer edge of each front door by means of a combination plastic-rubber clamp or any other suitable means. Each panel forming the protector further has a foam rubber material attached to the side of the panel that will face the vehicle door. Thus, when the device is installed on the vehicle with the vehicle parked in a parking lot, the opening of an automobile door adjacent thereto will not mar the automobile finish.

    Abstract: A system which allows a person to easily access an automobile roof rack attachment for holding and carrying a bike or other object such as a canoe employing a telescoping mechanism for moving the carried object out beyond the roof line of the vehicle wherein the system also has a parallelogram mechanism allowing the user to also lower the system carrying the bike or other object parallel to the ground during its movement into a locked position beyond the roof line of the vehicle. By manually pulling downwardly on the parallelogram mechanism the system is lowered to a comfortable level. Once in this position the person attaches the bike or other equipment to the system, the system is unlocked, and the raises up manually to the rooftop level and then pushed inward toward the center of the automobile into its resting and locked position.

An inventory indicator sheet, essentially in the form of an endless belt, is attached at one end to the front side of the pusher and at the other end to the rear of the pusher and has one or more rows of numbers thereon, which indicate, at the front of the device, the quantity of units remaining in the dispensing device.

The device is a strap to be worn around the child's chest and extending around the back which can be fastened by way of velcro, buckles, or any other well-known fastening device. Two smaller or thinner straps are then attached to the main belt in the back which extend across the back of the belt and terminate in the middle in a ring or handle which can be grasped by the riding instructor. Such a device allows the teacher or instructor to hold the child itself rather then the bicycle and if the bicycle begins to fall it can be let go safely while holding onto the child.

With peghooks in place in the main panel side wings are folded along scored creases permanently encasing peghook bases which remain on the rear side of the corrugated display panel. The side wings are then permanently affixed to the main panel with staples or glue or any other convenient fastening means. The peghooks then project outwardly and forward through slots in the main display panel and at an upward angle of tilt.

The face plate has a raised shoulder on all four sides and a flange receiving recess is formed in the shoulder at its lower end. Further, tabs are formed integrally on the inside of each of the two vertical shoulders near the top of the face plate and apertures are formed through the tabs and adjacent shoulders for receiving pins associated with the top of the cover for pivotably mounting the cover to the face plate.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a device used in conjunction with a swimming pool, especially an aboveground pool for skimming debris floating on the surface of the water, catching the debris in a pocket formed in a net made of a mesh material, and then removing the debris from the pool. A pole is detachably mounted to the side of the pool, and extends inwardly toward the center of the pool. The mesh net is disposed over the pole and depends downwardly below the surface of the water. The end of the net distant from the pole receives a rod which weighs the net down and keeps it below the water level. The lower portion of the net is then folded upward to some distance below the water level and the two vertical edges of the net are then sealed together thereby forming a pocket for catching the debris.
