Abstract: A marking pen assembly includes two or more colorant supply units and a colorant applicator detachably connected together, so that when the pen assembly is stroked along a work surface plural parallel strips of colorant are simultaneously formed on the work surface. A connecting mechanism between the colorant supply units is designed so that the units can be separated from one another and used as individual marking pens. The marking pen assembly enables the user to obtain a rainbow coloring effect with a stroke of the pen assembly.

Abstract: A poker card game, played with a conventional deck of cards, provides each player with three down cards. Additionally, there are four exposed community cards that any player can combine with his three cards to effectively form a seven card poker hand. The player having the highest five card poker hand is the winner.

Abstract: Using a control system, yarn ends unwound from at least one or more beams, small packages, or any or all combinations thereof may be directly fed to at least one or more knitting machines. The control system with its processing units in cooperation with various sensors control the rotation of at least one or more beams to allow the feedwheel units of circular or flat bed knitting machines to draw yarn therefrom. In addition, if small packages are used either alone or in combination with at least one or more beams, they should come from the same “batch” of yarn that were originally back wound together. This “batch” of small packages should be used and fed to circular or flat bed knitting machines together.

Abstract: A self-defense implement having a handle and multiple pointed prongs can be equipped with protective gloves for use when the implement is employed for training and instructional purposes. Each protective glove has a closed end covering the pointed end of an associated prong, and an elongated sleeve section covering a substantial portion of the prong length.

Abstract: A vehicle wheel can be protected against surface damage during a tire cleaning operation by providing a mask over the outer surface of the wheel. The mask can include a circular disk formed out of paper or cardboard. Temporary attachment of the disk to the vehicle wheel can be accomplished by permanent magnets embedded in the disk or by an annular band of pressure sensitive adhesive on one face of the disk.

Abstract: A flowable material can be transferred from a contained mass of material to a remote container, by using a manual scooping implement that includes an elongated hollow tube having a funnel configuration. One end of the tube is closed, while the other end is open to form an exit opening. An entrance opening in the tube side wall near the closed end of the tube enables the tube to be inserted downwardly into a mass of flowable material to capture some of the material within the tube. The tube can be inverted for pouring the captured material into a container.

Abstract: This invention relates to an airconditioning system which uses a plurality of absorption chiller-cells, for refrigerating an antifreeze fluid that is circulated through fan-coil units of an airconditioning system. The anti-freeze fluid passes through refrigerant evaporators in each cell structure in a consecutive order for lowering the temperature of the antifreeze fluid gradually. More particularly, it relates to an absorption chiller-cell system having a plurality of evaporators employing multi-refrigerant circulation circuits in an absorption cycle to produce sufficient refrigerant for the airconditioning system. The invention enables the physical size of the system to be relatively small, so that the system can replace conventional electric airconditioning units for home applications.

Abstract: A flour sifter includes a sifter unit detachably supported on a stand that houses an electric motor and speed reducer. The speed reducer output shaft has a disconnectable connection with an agitator shaft that extends transversely within the sifter tube, such that when the motor is energized the agitator is rotated to pulverize flour particles located on a sifter screen in the sifter tube. Flour particles gravitate through screen openings into a collection receptacle placed below the sifter tube. The sifter unit can be removed from the stand for cleaning or storage.

Abstract: A luggage rack on car roof mainly includes two long supports, a plurality of supporting suckers, and a plurality of ski holders. Each of the upper and the lower side of the long supports is provided with two longitudinally and parallelly extended channels. Each of the ski holders includes a U-shaped base and two bridge-type retainers. The U-shaped base includes two walls defining a space between them for holding a pair of skis. The two walls of the U-shaped base outward extend to provide two side extensions each having a stopper thereon. Each of the two bridge-type retainers straddles one side extension to locate between the stopper and the wall from which the side extension extends. The supporting suckers are movably connected at tops to the lower side of the long supports and attached at bottoms to the car roof through vacuum suction. The ski holders are removably connected to the upper side of the long supports.

Abstract: A golf ball and golf tee can be positioned on a ball—driving area of a golf course, using a manual implement for adjusting the distance from the ball to the ground surface. The implement includes a spherical seat for the golf ball and a grooved lower section for locating the golf tee in alignment with the ball. An adjustable stop on the lower section of the implement limits the penetration of the tee into the earth surface.

Abstract: A wheel assembly for a trunk-attached carriage includes an integrally formed wheel bracket having a vertical, a side and a bottom plate for mounting onto a lower rear corner of a trunk, a compression spring, a short wheel axle, a locking member, and a wheel. The wheel bracket defines a wheel-space for the wheel to locate therein. The wheel axle transversely extends across behind the vertical plate of the wheel bracket to pass through an axle hole on the wheel, so that the wheel is rotatably mounted on the wheel axle and connected the wheel bracket. An end of the wheel axle close to the side plate of the wheel bracket is connected to a diameter-reduced inner end of the locking member, so that the wheel axle can be turned into a locked position on the wheel bracket by turning a diameter-expanded outer end of the locking member. And, by turning the locking member in a reverse direction, the wheel axle can be removed from the wheel bracket for replacement of any damaged component of the wheel assembly.

The body portion is sequentially provided from a right side to a left side with a right through hole, a right rope recess having a length of narrowed groove, a right turnaround hole, a narrowed bottom groove, a left turnaround hole, a left rope recess having a length of narrowed groove, and a left through hole having a top slit. Upright pointed projections are provided in all the narrowed grooves.

Abstract: An improved mat used in cars includes an upper polyester fabric layer, a middle polyvinglchloride (PVC) layer, and a foam-coated under net layer. All three layers are placed together, and bound to form a laminated plate-shaped object. The plate-shaped mat is formed by multiple symmetrical umbos that define multiple symmetrical bevel grooves between these umbos. The sideways grooves can collect the muck from a person's shoes. When convenient, a person can take the mat out to wash without dirtying the carpet. Foam particles on the under net layer of the mat prevent the mat from moving on the carpeted floor of the vehicle.

Abstract: A roller sunshade for mounting on a car roof mainly includes an automatic sunshade winding mechanism and a plurality of adjustable sucker sets. Each of the two adjustable sucker sets includes two adhering sucker mechanisms and a long metal member. The adhering sucker mechanism each includes from bottom to top a sucker main body, a supporting board that is rotatable by up to 360 degrees relative to the sucker main body, a locating block, a buffer washer, a ring member, and a bolt. These two adjustable sucker sets are symmetrically attached by vacuum suction to predetermined positions at two sides of the car roof. Thereafter, the automatic sunshade winding mechanism is connected to tops of the two adjustable sucker sets to provide a shady place for use outdoors.

Abstract: A plastic bag for consumable products can include a flat tubular pouch having a contents information label at one end, and two separate seals at the other end. One of the seals is a tear-off seal that provides assurance that the bag is tamper-free. The other seal is a closure zipper that can be opened and closed a number of times, so that the user can consume part of the product at one time, and reseal the remaining product in the bag for later consumption.

Abstract: A wheelbarrow for transporting four circular buckets, includes a U-shaped bucket-support platform extending rearwardly from the wheelbarrow front wheel, and two bucket-confinement rings located above the platform. The rings are supported by a U-shaped support tube near the front wheel, and two vertical tubes on the wheelbarrow centerline. The buckets are supported near the wheelbarrow centerline to minimize any tendency of the wheelbarrow to tip over.
