Abstract: A method and apparatus for a flotatable aerator system that includes a concaved surface at the top of a fluid uptake chamber for diverting aerated fluid behind a chassis of the system. The chassis is supported by floats and includes a bank of fluid outlets created by a plurality of parallel baffle walls. The baffle walls add structural support to the chassis. Elongated end baffle walls create a semi-enclosed area for the discharge of the aerated fluid.
Abstract: Apparatus and method having a first and second arm jointed on one end by a U-shaped member together forming a set of tongs which can be used to de-seed fruits and vegetables. The arms being biased away from each other an effective amount so as to keep the tips of the arms separated from each other. Each arm formed into the shape of cutting blades being concave shaped throughout their entire length and being sharpened on each side of the blade so that the tip of the arm can be inserted into the fruit or vegetable and then rotated clockwise (right hand) and/or counterclockwise (left hand) in order to de-seed the fruit or vegetable so that the blades cut in either the right or left hand direction.
Abstract: Apparatus and method discloses a pair of strobe lights which are mounted onto the front of a firearm so that the lights send a light beam toward the target. The strobe lights comprise a red and a blue alternately flashing, high lumen, light-emitting diode for emitting a bright, alternating, red/blue light beam which prevents the target from properly focusing his eyes because of the alternating red and blue beams which affect the target's eyes. The lights are powered by a power supply and are controlled by a switch which is activated by the hand of a user.
Abstract: A system to allow quick setup of a support structure and connected playing surface with rapid leveling of the playing surface for playing billiards. One embodiment of the invention allows the playing surface to be mounted to a support structure that can be converted to a couch. This embodiment can be placed in residential housing in rooms such as dens, family rooms, or living rooms. Another embodiment of the invention allows the playing surface when mounted to legs rigidly connected to a floor to be used on a concrete patio, a garage with a concrete floor or on a wooden deck.
Abstract: A system for heating air in an enclosed air duct or wind tunnel which comprises a series of wind producing devices which are powered by conventional electrical power sources and a series of wind collecting devices which collect the previously generated wind to generate electricity which electricity is transmitted to a series of heat exchangers. Additionally, wind collecting apparatuses, e.g., a windmill, are provided outside of the air duct to collect wind on the outside of the air duct to drive a generator which provides additional electricity which is also transmitted to the heat exchanger. The heat producing elements could include fans and/or squirrel cage devices which are driven by electrical power sources. The wind collecting devices could include squirrel cage devices and/or fan devices which are each connected to generators for producing electricity which is then transmitted to the heat exchangers. A system may be comprised of multiple units of each of these devices.
Abstract: Apparatus and method for trimming pine trees. The device comprises an enclosure having a pair of cutter heads mounted thereon each cutter head a pair of jaws having cutting blades thereon which jaws surround the trunk of the pine tree and then delimb the pine tree as the enclosure is moved up and down the pine tree by being placed on the front of a motorized skid steer loader/lift. The enclosure contains an air compressor driven by an internal combustion engine which supplies air for conveyance to air cylinders operated by a solenoid which cause the cutter head blades to operate. The enclosure can be moved about easily and conveniently by being mounted on the front of the motorized lift such as a caterpillar or forklift-type device.
Abstract: Apparatus and method for a clip-like device for attaching the head of a hammer or like tool to the belt which is being worn about the waist of a user. Various embodiments are shown wherein the clip may be attached to the head of the hammer in various ways.
Abstract: Apparatus and method for an airfoil being disposed on the rear of an automobile or like vehicle. The angle of the airfoil is controlled by a bob weight connected to the airfoil through a series of linkages so that when the vehicle accelerates or de-accelerates, the angle of the airfoil is adjusted. The linkage between the airfoil and the bob weight controls the angle of attack of the airfoil so as to optimize vehicle down force on the tires so as to optimize performance.
Abstract: Method and apparatus for a tennis watch having a watch-like case containing a central processing unit and an input/output controller connected to the central processing unit, a display driver that takes data from the central processing unit and converts it into the electrical signals required by the alphanumeric display, a program read only memory ROM connected to the central processing unit wherein the ROM contains the operating program for the tennis watch and a clock circuit connected to the CPU. The tennis watch case also comprises an alphanumeric screen having an luminescent background which displays various tennis related data controlled by a plurality of buttons disposed on the watch case.
Abstract: Method and apparatus for allowing a person with disabilities to learn to pedal a conventional bicycle which device also converts a conventional bicycle into an in-place exercise bike. In the bike trainer embodiment, the device allows the training wheels which are attached to the rear wheel of a bicycle to be elevated by being placed in a right and left trough of the base of the device so that the rear wheel of the bicycle is elevated off the ground and spins freely in a space between the right and left troughs. In the exercise bicycle embodiment, an adjustable rear roller assembly can be attached to the base of the device so that the rear wheel of the bicycle rests on a pair of rollers so as to allow the rear wheel of the bicycle to contact and roll on a front and rear roller so as to increase pedaling resistance while the front wheel of the bicycle is stabilized by a stand having a pair of adjustable upright members and a pair of laterally extending members for maintaining the bicycle in a stable position.
Abstract: An apparatus for a combination cigar holder and ash tray. The ash tray is formed as a base having a bottom and cylindrical walls surrounding it. The base is the container wherein the ashes from the cigar holder will fall therein or be otherwise placed. The cigar holder portion of the present invention is designed to receive a lit cigar therein. The cigar holder has means for connection to the base along with a screen for receiving the lit end of the cigar so that the ashes will fall through the screen into the ash tray. The cigar holder also has slotted recesses designed so that a user can grasp the cigar in multiple places by placing the fingers of the user within the recesses and may have a circumferential collar on one end of the holder and a rotatable partial collar on the other end of the holder to secure a cigar in the cigar holder.
Abstract: Apparatus and method for a golf putting training aid, which is attached to the shaft of a conventional existing putter which putter would normally be used by the golfer for putting. The apparatus comprises a second handle, which is disposed parallel to the first handle of the existing putter, wherein the apparatus has means of being attached to the shaft of the existing putter so that the second handle on the golf putting training aid is disposed parallel to the handle of the existing putter. The second handle is removable and can be moved along the first handle and the distance between the first and second handles can be varied.
Abstract: A vacuum system for highchairs wherein a wet/dry vacuum is attached to the back of the highchair having conduits running from the vacuum to the bottom of the seat of the highchair and into the sides of the tray of the highchair so that food spillage can be removed from the seat and tray of the highchair by having the food spillage be removed into the vacuum through conduits running from the vacuum to the certain areas of the highchair as previously specified. The tubing could be plastic material or the like that could be removed for cleaning.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for magnifying and illuminating reading materials through the use of a plurality of magnifying lens which are adjustably placed on posts which are movable above the surface of the reading materials which materials are supported on a desk top or reading platform which is placed on the upper surface of a supporting base. The magnifying lens are supported by a series of manually and motor-driven posts which are placed on horizontal and vertical posts so that they can be moved above the surface of the reading material in an appropriate unique position which is adjustable to the requirements of the eye of the user, which user is suffering from muscular degeneration of the retina. The lens are moved by a series of screw drives which are housed in the vertical and horizontal posts. Means for lighting is adjustably supported on an arm placed above the lens so that light from the lamp can shine through the lens and onto the surface of the reading materials.
Abstract: Apparatus and method for a T-shaped wrench having three drive stems including a base drive stem wherein the top portion of the wrench has opposing ends or drive stems which are 30 degrees offset from each other. The angularly offset drive stems of the top portion allow the wrench to be used in tight areas where other wrenches are not usable.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a coaster cycle having a front half which works similarly to a bicycle wherein it has handle bars that turn the front wheels. The front wheel turns left and right and also leans in both a left and right direction. The front wheel leans left to right and is connected to the rear wheels by a frame having multiple pivotal couplings so that the rear wheels lean left or right with exactly the same angle as the front wheels. The leaning of the front and rear wheels in concert gives the frame a unique design which allows it to make left and right high G-force turns in a very stable manner. Additional embodiments are disclosed which comprise twin, internal combustion engines being placed on the rear wheels of the vehicle in order to power the vehicle which also have independent thumb control throttles for controlling the rear wheels individually.
Abstract: A method and apparatus is disclosed for attaching monetary gifts to the clothing being worn by user. The method and apparatus discloses a badge-like portion having a celebratory greeting message disclosed on the front side thereof and a clip on the rear side for attaching the badge in the lapel area of clothing being worn by the user. Also being attached to the rear surface of the badge is a wire attachment means having a pair of ends wherein one end can be threaded through the money so that the ends of the wire can then be reattached to the rear of the badge portion.
Abstract: Apparatus 10 comprises a receiver body 12 along with a trigger 14 for activating the firing mechanism and a lever 16 for opening the breech assembly to allow access to the chamber for receiving the shell/cartridge 56 at the rear of the barrel 18. The barrel 18 is secured to the breech 28 by an extension lug 58 having an internal transverse hole 61 therein which receives the extension lug pin 59 therein as the extension lug is inserted into the slot 60 on the top portion of the breech block 28 so that the breech can be opened and closed by lever 16. Also shown is the cartridge/shell 56 extractor 62 which comprises an extractor pin 68 along with an extractor spring 70. The barrel 18 comprises a front barrel support 64 and a rear barrel support 66 which each have a lower flange 65 thereon which slides to the front and rear in slot or track 67 in response to pressure from the barrel pin 72 and barrel spring 74 which occurs after the lever 16 is operated to free the barrel 18 from the breech block 28.

The firing pin 22 has a firing pin spring 26 thereon which is mounted in a hole in the breech block 28. The action bar 20 is supported by upper and lower supports 30 near its front end along with upper and lower support pins 31 which also act as a rear spring stop near its mid-section having main spring 24 and front spring stop 25 thereon. Also shown on the action bar is internal, transverse slot 38 and notch 48 on its bottom surface.
