Abstract: An apparatus discloses a cam lock fitting having a check valve which can be opened or closed inside the male or female end of the cam lock fitting so that when the check valve is closed the flow from either end of the cam lock fitting can be stopped by the check valve. The check valve may be located on the male end or the female end of the cam lock fitting. If the check valve is located on the female end it is operated by an arm connected to the lever of the cam lock fitting so that when the lever is opened the check valve is closed and vice versus. Furthermore, regarding the male end of the cam lock fitting, the check valve is normally maintained in the closed position and then when the male end is inserted into the female end, the check valve is opened by a rod member making contact with the facing of the female end of the cam lock fitting so that the check valve in the male cam lock fitting is then opened.

Abstract: Apparatus for a security bracket for locking a sewer discharge hose for a recreational vehicle to the inlet pipe of the septic tank such as might be used at an RV sewer dumping station at a roadside park. The apparatus eliminates spillage and secures the sewer discharge hose to the inlet pipe of the septic pipe so as to eliminate spillage and the loss of sewer gases from escaping to the air. The apparatus discloses a bracket connected at its upper surface to the elbow of the sewer hose elbow and at its lower end to the inlet to the septic tank. A clamp secures the bracket to the septic tank inlet.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a rest for the handle of a golf club which rest can be placed in a supporting surface; e.g., the ground, and the handle rested thereon so that the handle of the golf club does not get wet from the dew or other moisture on the grass or the ground. The present invention discloses a plate having a plurality of semi-circular apertures on its top edge for supporting the handle of a golf club along with a spike-like member disposed on its bottom edge which can be used to stick into the ground so that the present invention is supported by the ground.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a device for throwing a ball. The pouch is disposed on the end of an arm so that the ball contained in the pouch can be thrown in an overhand or underhand manner by the user. The pouch is attached to the arm on one end and a rubber band-like member is disposed in the pouch on the other open end, which rubber band holds the ball inside the pouch. As the arm and pouch are thrown by a user, the ball gains enough inertia through the arc of the throwing motion that the ball stretches the rubber band and passes between the rubber band and the pouch and, therefore, exits from the open end of the pouch.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a drive wheel for placement on the front end of a boat trailer or the like which wheel both drives and steers a trailer into a position where the trailer tong can be connected to the rear end of the towing vehicle. The concept of the present invention may also be applied to other similar vehicles, such as trailers for hauling snowmobiles, woodcutters or water crafts and other heavy objects and possibly for travel trailers.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a portable crane having an elongated boom which attaches at one end to a lower end of a base frame member wherein the upper end of the boom has a stabilizer member attached thereto which stabilizer attached to the upper end of the base frame member. The base frame member is pivotally attached using removable clamps to an upstanding member, for example, a door frame. The boom has a roller pulley attached to its upper end over which a line passes and a means for a motor having a winch mounted thereon attached to the lower end of the boom so that the user can attached one end of the rope to an object to be lifted and run the other end of the rope over the windlass so as to provide a hoist means to lift the object. The crane of the present invention is portable in that it can be moved from one frame member to another frame member so that it can be used at multiple locations internal a building.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a lifter for a manhole cover which has an elongated arm having a handle on one end for being grasped and lifted upwardly by a user and on the other end a pair of hooks for placement on or under the edge of the manhole cover. Disposed intermediate the ends of the handle is a slidable downwardly extending hook member which is for placement on the side of the manhole cover opposite to the side of the manhole cover where the hooks are placed. The downwardly extending hook member is slidable along the handle so that the present invention will fit any size of manhole cover. Also disposed on the handle is a clip which locks the downwardly extending hook member in place along the handle for storage.

Abstract: A rock cutter for splitting stones is disclosed which shows a support surface for holding the rock and a first blade and a second blade which may be positioned to hold the rock between the first and second blades and on the support surface along with a means for moving the first blade towards the second blade. The means for moving comprises a hydraulically driven piston having a piston arm to which the first blade is mounted. The rock cutter also has a cover which is used in conjunction with a means for receiving pieces of the rock after the rock is split.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a portable lift seat to raise or lower a physically challenged user from a position on the floor to a standard height seated position or to a near standing position or vice versa. The lifting and lowering mechanism includes a seat with a rigid bottom supported by a seat support means which is attached to a lifting column standing upon a base fame. The lifting column is powered by an electric motor which may be controlled with a handheld control device. Alternatively, the lifting column may be powered by a manual crank. The base unit is equipped with wheels which engage for portability.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a fair five-sided dice which has a pair of oppositely opposed triangularly shaped faces and three rectangular shaped faces. Indicia are disposed on each of the faces for indicating the numerals one through five. One of each of the numerals one and five are disposed on one of each of the triangular shaped faces while the numerals two and three are disposed on one rectangular shaped face, the numerals three and four are disposed on a second rectangular shaped face and numerals two and four are disposed on a third rectangular shaped face in such a way that if the numerals two, three or four are cast they appear upright to a user.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a multi-sided dice having a braking system consisting of a plurality of effectively sized and numbered particles disposed internal of the dice so that as the dice rolls along a surface, the particles frictionally slow the dice. The dice also comprises 100 sides. The dice of the present invention are comprised of a pair of semi-circular halves having inner and outer shells which are attached to each other around the equator of the spherical dice.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an alignment guide for trailer hitches for a person backing a vehicle having thereon a trailer hitch ball into proper alignment with the tongue and trailer hitch socket of a trailer. The present invention comprises a telescopic guide post for attachment onto the top of the hitch socket on the tongue of the trailer. A receiver, having a mounting base and a “Y” member, is provided for magnetic attachment to the rear of the backing vehicle. The base of the “Y” of the receiver member contacts the telescopic upright member to inform the driver of the vehicle that the ball of the hitch is directly under the socket on the tongue of the trailer.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an indicator or numbering device for keeping track of the number of vitamins/medicine pills that one has taken. The present invention comprises a circular cover disk having a circular base plate disposed therein which plate is attached to the top of a medicine bottle, along with an indicator disposed between the cover disk and the base plate whereby the cover disk has an aperture therein which permits viewing of the days of the week which are stamped onto the top of the circular base plate. The indicator operates rotatably between the cover disk and the base plate to indicate the number of medications taken on a given day. The present invention may utilize a two-sided, adhesive strip for attachment of the circular base plate to the top of a medicine bottle.

Abstract: The present invention disclosed an artificial reef system having a plurality of tire casings tethered onto a cable-like line which reef system is supported in an upright position by a flotation device and which artificial reef system is anchored to the bottom of the ocean by another tire casing filled with concrete having an anchoring device disposed on its underside. The cable-like line may be monofilament. The reef system of tire casings is disposed upwardly due to the buoyancy of the flotation device and is free to move with the current in a natural manner to the extent that the cable-like allows. The flotation device may have a rigid wall so that it maintains its surface displacement when subjected to underwater pressure.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a custom compensated nut and a custom compensated saddle for fretted instruments. Several embodiments are provided for the compensated nut and for the compensated saddle of the present invention. The nut and saddle of the present invention may be used on an instrument either individually or in tandem.

Abstract: The present invention discloses an apparatus and a method for a cover for placement over a gasoline hose assembly of a gasoline delivery system for a gasoline delivery truck. The cover comprises a hole for placement of the hose therein along with fasteners or a clip for attachment of the cover to the hose having weights stitched or formed into the hem of the cover in such a way to hold the edges of the cover down so as to prevent the entrance of rain or debris into the gasoline tank receiving nozzle.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a shelf adapter for attachment to a conventional towel rack for use in a bathroom, shower stall, or the like. The present invention comprises a pair of parallel generally horizontal members having a female and male telescoping attachment means mounted onto a pair of leg-like mounts which are fastened around the towel rack so as to be removably, fixedly attached to the towel rack. The purpose of the telescoping members is to allow the shelf to be removably, fixedly attached to towels racks of various sizes wherein the telescoping members can be adjusted to fit towel racks of varying lengths. Furthermore, the parallel members have indentions or cutouts disposed therein which form semi-circular cutouts for receiving bottles or bottle necks of various bottled bath condiments which the user might use. The bottles are mounted upside down into the semi-circular cutouts in order to always have the liquid contained in the bottle disposed near the outlet end of the bottle.

Abstract: A toy device for an animal wherein a catapulting apparatus is disposed on a base whereupon a toy-like member is catapulted from the apparatus in a horizontal-like trajectory, whereupon the animal will chase and capture the toy-like member. A string is connected between the apparatus and the toy-like member so that the toy-like member is recoiled back upon the base for a repetition of events. A microcontroller is provided for use with the catapult device so that the catapult works on a timing mechanism and operates at a predetermined time interval. The apparatus can be either battery operated or can use conventional 110-volt alternating current as its power source.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a holder for a portable water cooler, which holder is designed to be mounted onto the inside of the side of a bed of a pickup truck. The water cooler holder has a cylindrical container-like member which securely holds the water cooler therein which member is mounted onto a frame which pivots from a first downward position to a second upward position so that the water cooler can be accessed from the outside of the bed of the pickup.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a cover for a hunting stand which can be removably attached to an existing hunting stand. The present invention is adaptable to fit many sizes and shapes of existing hunting stands; however, one of the common types that it is adaptable to fit is referred to as a tripod hunting stand which comprises an upper hunting stand mounted on a tripod set of legs. The present invention comprises a framework having means for attachment to the railing of the exising hunting stand. The present invention also has a canvas cover mounted thereon which cover has multiple windows provided therein.
