Abstract: A sanding attachment, for use in conjunction with an existing reciprocating power tool, for sanding a rough surface of an existing object. The sanding attachment comprises a main part being an elongated strip of metal having an attachment end for selective attachment to the power tool, and a sanding end. Attached to the sanding end is a sanding pad having a sanding surface for efficiently sanding an object. The sanding attachment has a twist which results in the attachment end and the sanding end being substantially mutually perpendicular to one another. After the sanding attachment has been selectively attached to the power tool, and the power tool is held within the hands of the user is the usual fashion, the sanding attachment is suitably positioned for efficiently sanding a substantially horizontal surface.
Abstract: A fluid driven differential, having a fluid filled housing, an input shaft, and a pair of output shafts. The input shaft is attached to an automobile driveshaft outside of the housing and to a propeller inside the housing. The output shafts are each attached to an axle and wheel outside the housing and to a turbine inside the housing. When the driveshaft rotates the input shaft, the propeller generates a fluid current that turns the turbines and thereby turns the output shafts, the axles, and the wheels. A pair of return conduits direct fluid from the vicinity of the turbines to the vicinity of the propeller.
Abstract: A combination food cutting, storage and shredder apparatus, having a cutting board and storage box containing a knife drawer and a garbage disposal drawer. A shredder is positioned just above the garbage disposal drawer and just below the cutting board for holding scraps and peelings left over from the cutting board for disposal. The storage box also contains an outwardly extending knife sharpener.
Abstract: A spring-loaded shelf for an existing beverage cooler, which obviates the need for a user to reach more deeply within the confines of the cooler for a beverage as the contents of the cooler become depleted. The spring-loaded shelf has a base, a platform pivotally attached to the base by two scissor-type linkages, and a lifting mechanism for selectively and automatically raising the platform with respect to the base upon the scissor-type linkages, as the weight of the beverages placed upon the platform gradually decreases. Use of the spring-loaded shelf prevents injury to the user while retrieving a beverage from the cooler, and also provides for increased accessibility and visibility of the contents of the cooler.
Abstract: A multipurpose funnel system for filling a container which prevents overflow during filling is self venting and is capable of filling hard to reach container locations. The system has a funnel removably coupled to a bottle cartridge which holds bottles therein. A pair of parallel rods hingedly connected to the bottle cartridge and having at least one hollow cone shaped spike extending outwardly therefrom. The funnel has a downspout having venting tubes, an elongated tip and a ball and socket mechanism. The elongated tip includes a check valve having an inside sleeve having an opening, and a spring. The inside sleeve extends outwardly and inwardly from the elongated tip, which opens and closes the opening. The elongated tip has an exterior lip extending outwardly therefrom.
Abstract: A combination fishing accessory device including a line clipper, flashlight, hook sharpener and tape measure for attachment to a fishing rod making it easier and faster for an angler to clip lines, change rigs, sharpen hooks, shine light and measure fish. The device has a body having an underside including a plurality of needle-like protrusions. The body includes two hook and loop fasteners and brackets for securing the body to the fishing rod.
Abstract: A portable shower stall, for allowing a person to bathe while seated in a wheelchair, for temporary installation in a kitchen having a sink having a basin and a hand sprayer. The shower stall has a frame having side panels and a rear panel that are selectively foldable, a top rail and a lower rail. A base tray extends below the frame and collects waste water. A curtain extends downwardly from the top rail and directs waste water into the base tray. The base tray has a front flap that selectively lowers to allow the person to roll the wheelchair into the base tray between the side walls and rear wall to bathe using the hand sprayer, while a pump returns waste water from the base tray to the basin.
Abstract: An automobile wheel lighting system, for use in an automobile having a battery, wheels, and a wheel well associated with each wheel. A fixed connector is mounted within each wheel well and is electrically connected to the battery. At least one lighting assembly is used to selectively illuminate one of the wheels. Each lighting assembly includes a mating connector, a lighting head having an LED and a reflector assembly, and a flexible cord extending between the mating connector and lighting head. The mating connector is secured within the fixed connector in the wheel well adjacent to the wheel to be illuminated, and the cord extended outwardly from the automobile and flexed to direct the lighting head toward the wheel.

Abstract: A convertible towel, for use by a user having a shoulder and a waist. The convertible towel includes a towel portion and a shoulder strap. The towel portion is selectively folded longitudinally and maintained in that once folded position by a zipper, then folded transversely and maintained in that twice folded position by secondary fasteners, and then folded transversely and maintained in that thrice folded position by primary fasteners. The thrice-folded towel portion is in a compact rectangular form that is then connected to the shoulder strap so that it can be carried by the user in a hands-free manner. In the compact rectangular form, multiple storage compartments are provided that are selectively accessible by the zipper. The shoulder strap preferably includes a fanny pack for containing personal items, such that the shoulder strap may be detached from the towel portion and extended around the waist of the user.
Abstract: An exercise device for cushioning and supporting a user while exercising and developing arm, leg, back, and abdominal muscles and reducing fat around the stomach and abdominal area. The exercise device has a pair of equally sized rectangular mats including an upper and a lower mat having a hinge connection for folding in half. Said mats have a top surface, a bottom surface, and side edges. The upper mat has two internally positioned flexible shafts, two adjustable straps extend upwardly from the upper mat, and an outwardly extending head support panel. The lower mat has two internally positioned, non-flexible shafts, two adjustable feet straps, and two grasping straps.
Abstract: A method of assembling and storing a portable stand for a fire extinguisher having a case, a pylon and a base. The case has a rear wall and a bottom wall. The pylon has a front surface, an open bottom with an outer flange and a top that is narrower than the outer flange. In addition, the base is generally rectangular and has a central opening in its upper and lower surfaces. The assembly method involves inserting the top of the pylon upwardly through the central opening until the outer flange engages the base, mounting the case onto the front surface of the pylon and positioning the fire extinguisher inside the case such that it rests on the bottom wall. The storage method comprises detaching the case from the pylon of each stand, separating the pylon and the base of each stand, stacking the pylons and stacking the bases.
Abstract: A hairpiece having a barrette having a plurality of elongated hair strands extending therefrom, for enhancing and augmenting the appearance of the existing hair of a wearer. The plurality of hairs which comprise the hairpiece extend from both the horizontal portions and a diagonal portion of a z-shaped track, thereby providing a hairpiece having a more realistic, contoured look. The hairpiece is particularly well suited for use by individuals who have experienced extreme hair loss from chemotherapy. The plurality of hairs of the hairpiece may be flat ironed, crimped, braided, or worn in a ponytail or other styles according to the aesthetic preferences of the wearer. The hairs of the hairpiece are human hairs, and may be shampooed, styled, and conditioned in the same manner as the wearer's own hair.
Abstract: An ostomy appliance belt for supporting and concealing an ostomy pouch as well as the stoma area of the user's abdomen. The belt is made from a waterproof lightweight elastic material and completely encircles the user's waist without interfering with the attachment of the ostomy appliance to the abdomen. A flexible pocket retainer extends between the ends of the belt to support and contain the ostomy pouch in a retainer cup housed therein. The retainer cup is affixed to the user's body by a sealing barrier attached to the outer surface of the cup. The pocket retainer includes a one-way release valve that helps secure the pocket retainer to the user's body. A storage compartment is housed on the exterior side of the pocket retainer for storing personal items therein.
Abstract: A pool table carriage for supporting a pool table at an elevated position above a horizontal support structure, and for transporting the pool table between locations without damaging the pool table. The pool table carriage comprises two support plate assemblies and a main frame interposed therebetween. Each support plate assembly selectively supports one of the legs of the pool table, when the pool table carriage is being deployed. Each support plate assembly further has four selectively extendable rotatable jackscrews, and two wheel assemblies each having wheels. The jackscrews are extendable in two opposite directions. Rotation of the jackscrew in one direction causes the jackscrew to retract upward, thereby allowing the wheels to contact the support structure, thereby allowing the pool table carriage to roll between different locations.
