Abstract: The invention relates to a spoke wheel that includes a peripheral rim, a central hub, and individual connecting spokes between the rim and the hub. In their free state, the spokes of the wheel are mounted without tension or compression between the rim and the hub, and each spoke can bear a compression load of at least 60 daN without bowing. Furthermore, the wheel includes a play-free connection or bilateral connection device for connecting at least one end of each spoke to the rim or the hub.
Abstract: A removable vehicle seat includes a base, a removable seat main body, and a first attachment mechanism and a second attachment mechanism configured to removably attach the removable seat main body to the base. The first attachment mechanism includes a pin provided to the removable seat main body; and an attachment member provided to the base, and provided with a groove to which the pin is inserted. A disengagement prevention structure is provided between the pin and the attachment member, the disengagement prevention structure being configured to prevent the pin from disengaging from the groove. The second attachment mechanism includes a striker provided to the removable seat main body; and a lock device provided to the base and configured to releasably engage with the striker.

The organic EL element of the present invention contains a substrate; an anode electrode set on the substrate; an organic EL layer set on the anode electrode; a cathode electrode set on the organic EL layer; and a bank having a forward tapered shape, which define the organic EL layer. The bank contains a fluorine resin, the fluorine concentration at a top of the bank is higher than the fluorine concentration at a bottom surface of the bank, and a height of the top of the bank from the substrate is 0.8 to 1.2 ?m.

Abstract: In a mirror for an automobile, the adoption of resin mirror body to a mirror plate can decrease the weight of the mirror body, and the mirror plate is fixed onto a mirror holder through the welding. Therefore, this eliminates the usage of both-sided adhesive tape or adhesive agent, makes assembly processes less complicated, and thus the reduction in production cost is achieved. Furthermore, since the mirror plate can be fixed onto the mirror holder firmly and strongly even when the mirror plate is not pressed strongly to the mirror holder, excessive load on the mirror holder or the mirror plate becomes avoided. In addition, at the time of the production stage, some dimensional variation in the edge part of the mirror holder or the peripheral edge of the mirror plate becomes easily acceptable.

Abstract: A composition for forming a gas-barrier material, comprising a polycarboxylic acid-type polymer (A) and at least a bifunctional alicyclic epoxy compound (B). The composition for forming a gas-barrier material features excellent gas-barrier property, retort resistance and flexibility, can be cured at a low temperature in a short period of time without affecting the plastic base material, and contributes to improving the productivity.

The DPF receives the exhaust gas, and collects the PM in the exhaust gas. The DPF includes first hole portions which are open at a first end on a side for receiving the exhaust gas, and are closed at a second end on a side opposite to the first end, second hole portions which are closed at the first end and are open at the second end, and third hole portions which are closed at the first end. The first hole portion and the second hole portion are adjacent to each other. The third hole portions are adjacent to each other. The PM in the exhaust gas passing through partition walls which partition the first hole portion and the second hole portion adjacent to each other is collected by the partition walls.

Abstract: The present application generates an image in which a contour line is drawn about a tuned object in a virtual three-dimensional space. A reference width is stored in association with the tuned object. The reference width corresponds to a reference size of the tuned object. The reference size of the tuned object is a size of the tuned object when the tuned object is positioned a predetermined distance from a viewing point of a virtual camera. A line width of the contour line that is drawn about the tuned object is calculated based upon the reference width and a distance that the target object is positioned from the viewing point of the virtual camera.

The controller determines a type of the nonvolatile memory, and acquires the control information from the nonvolatile memory according to an acquisition procedure corresponding to the type of the nonvolatile memory, and stores (loads) the control information.
