    Abstract: A tough, high-strength geomembrane made from a custom blend of polyethylene copolymers, for protecting waterproofing courses from impact and pressure damage of debris resting against the waterproof course. A slip sheet configuration reduces surfaces stress due to earth movement and subsurface cracking thereby maintaining the protective course intact without any effect on the waterproofing layers. The geomembrane is available as lightweight rolls which can be easily be handled by one man. The film is installed horizontally in continuous sheets with few adhesive joints. Installation begins by applying a thick brush coat of the selected waterproofing membrane material (usually a rubber coat but may be any waterpoofing material). The film is unrolled along the wall, held up into position and secured using plastic self-sealing plugs and/or plastic termination bars. Concrete nails are used to attach the self-sealing plugs or termination bar to the wall.

    Abstract: An automatic registration system to be used with a drilling machine that automatic loads PCBs by pushing PCBs from a cart or similar carrier onto the tooling plate for drilling and other operations. The automatic registration system includes at least a tooling plate having an angled slot, a main slot, a registration block, and a pin clamp. The angled slot allows the first registration pin of the PCB to bypass the registration block without requiring the registration block to move out of the way. The pin clamp slides across the angled slot thereby clamping the second registration pin of the PCB against the registration block. The PCB is then registered to the drilling machine and drilling or other operations can take place.

    Abstract: A system for reading existing program source codes which may be initially stored in computer memory, hard disk storage devices, on floppy disk storage device, diskettes, or virtually any other computer readable medium. A table lookup may be used to convert the native source code into a into a pseudo code form for writing out of such code as an interim source code file into virtual memory to be used for conversion and manipulation. The source code in the pseudo format is processed in five (I-V) phases resulting in a new program source code with appropriate instructions to call library common functions for the new system stored in the system library as created by the optimization system. In addition, various files, data elements and work space allocations each of which occupy the same space with other such files, elements and work space allocations are normalized, i.e. referred to by the same names by all source code.

A crank with a handle and adjustable-length offset arm are engaged with the end of the support arm opposite the hub. The treadmill/workout bench has a rectangular frame with side rails; cross braces; forward, rearward and interior rollers; and, one or more endless, circulating belts.

    Abstract: In a thermal equalization system a machine tool carriage preferably of aluminum but which could be made of other lightweight materials, a drilling spindle housing is mounted on the carriage. At least one spindle housing is be mounted said carriage to service work pieces mounted on a tooling plate of the work table for said spindle. The chiller unit is used to provide coolant to the spindle to compensate for the heat generated by the spindle during drilling. When the spindle is not drilling, excessive cooling of the spindle can result. Accordingly, the instant invention also includes, a conductive rubber heating pad which is attached to the spindle structure to provide a heat source for the system to compensate for excessive cooling when the drill is not generating heat. The temperature control maintains the temperature between the spindle housing, carriage and work table thereby minimizing temperature expansion differentials between the drilling position and the worktable position.

The upper member and the vertical member are each attached to a curtain rod member which holds the support structure together as an integral piece. The support structure may be made of cloth, plastic, canvas or similar materials which while somewhat elastic resist sagging or stretching.

    Abstract: In a system which interrupts the infeed signal generated by a CNC machine drive signals are applied to at least an RPM Control Electronics Module to drive the rotation of a cutting tool and the infeed drive motor electronics. A solid state relay intercepts the infeed signal and is driven into an on off state by a Variable Frequency Generator. This causes the solid state relay to enter the on off state in response to the input frequency and interrupts the infeed signal applied to the infeed motor electronics in synchronization with the frequency generated. The frequency is user selectable and the frequency used to eliminate or minimize chip formation is dependant upon the material being drilled, the infeed rate, the RPM of the tool, and the diameter and point geometry of the tool so adjustment by the machine operator is required. This permits the user to vary the specific frequency to select a frequency which is suitable for elimination of spirals in a given set of circumstances.

    Abstract: A retractable registration pin to be used on the tooling plate of a printed wire board drilling machine for alignment of PWB panels on the tooling plate for drilling. In the instant invention, a soft plug which receives a registration pin is mounted on a spline shaft. The bottom of the ball spline shaft is attached to a link which is coupled to a pneumatic cylinder. The pneumatic cylinder is driven by a pneumatic valve which raises and lowers the registration pin on the ball spline assembly. The pneumatic cylinder may either fully retract the registration pin to a position below the surface of the tooling plate, or fully extend the ball spline shaft so that the upper surface of the soft plug holding the registration pin, is parallel to and lies in the same plane as the upper surface of the tooling plate. When the registration pin is in the raised position, work panels may be placed over the registration pin until a suitable number have been prepared for drilling.

    Abstract: A bookmark which will hold its place in a book and holds the book in a closed position. This is accomplished by attaching an elastic cord or band to the top of the bookmark at a position spaced apart from the binding. When the elastic cord or band is positioned for storage of the book the band encircles the covers of the book and causes the body of the bookmark to be biased against the binding of the book. When reading of the book is again desired the bookmark is held in place by grasping the book near the binding with the fingers and removing the elastic strap or cord attached to the book mark. The specific structure of the instant invention allows ease of removal of the elastic strap holding the book covers closed without having the bookmark fall out of the book while attempting such removal.

    Abstract: Apparatus for providing a movable upright registration pin extending above a horizontal work surface for locating workpieces on the tooling plate of a computer controlled drilling machine. A straight edge member, disposed in a channel in the surface of the tooling plate, provides two vertical reference surfaces which are precisely located to define a line of position for the registration pin. The registration pin is maintained upright in a carrier that is slidably disposed in a channel in the straight edge member between the two reference surfaces. The rotation of a cam bar disposed adjacent the carrier applies force to the carrier which causes the registration pin to bear against the two vertical reference surfaces to precisely and securely locate the pin on the line of position. The registration pin may be pushed by the spindle of the drilling machine along the line of position and then locked in the registration position under the automatic control of the drilling machine.
