Abstract: Disclosed is a semiconductor memory device capable of improving a timing margin in a logic circuit using a signal latch. The semiconductor memory device according to the present invention includes an address generator including a latch circuit, wherein the address generator receives an external address signal from an external circuit and latches the external address signal in response to a control signal; and a Y-predecoder for receiving outputs from the address generator and for generating a pulse in response to the control signal. Accordingly, the semiconductor memory device according to the present invention transfers a signal at safety without considering a separate timing margin, by using the control signal in an adjacent circuit as an enable signal.
Abstract: A hose for transporting a refrigerant for an electrically driven compressor has an inner layer of rubber having high resistance to an ester oil, and a laminated layer including a metallic foil, or a metallic layer formed by vapor deposition. It exhibits high degrees of electric insulation, refrigerant resistance, waterproofness and vibration resistance, and is suitable for use with an electrically driven compressor in an automobile air conditioner.
Abstract: Metal pigment, especially aluminum pigment is produced in a non toxic environment by milling and/or blending in an inert medium comprising transesterified alkyl, especially methyl esters of vegetable oils selected from soybean oil, cotton seed oil and linseed oil. The metallic pigments produced are of improved quality and appearance. They have improved brightness and the non-leafing pigments produced have highly leafing characteristics.

Abstract: An assay for the presence of an analyte or determining a biological or medical parameter comprising the steps of adding an assay component to a pH-sensitive material charged with magnetic particles, wherein the assay component causes a pH change which is a function of the analyte or parameter to be measured; subjecting the magnetic particles to an oscillating magnetic field; and measuring the effect of the magnetic field on the magnetic particles. The assay is an enzyme immunoassay. A kit for practicing the enzyme immunoassay is also described.
Abstract: A method of flooring using butting panels fixed to a frame primarily of joists, joints transverse of the longitudinal axes of the joists being largely unnogged. To support such joints unsupported by a framing element reliance is placed on panel edge to panel edge adhesion.
In a preferred form particle board panels each provided with an edge groove have the effect of ensuring both a sufficient availability of adhesive for an effective butt joint whilst, in addition, providing a keying or splining between the adjacent panels.
Abstract: A prefabricated one-piece metal frame and funnel drain is constructed for curb and gutter use. The frame may be constructed in a number of styles, with a particular style selected to match the desired curb form. The funnel drain also includes a variety of styles in order to accommodate different drain pipe orientations and configurations. When welded together, the frame and funnel drain may be mounted within any standard curb and gutter form such that curb and gutter installation and drain pipe installation may be accomplished simultaneously, without any preparatory concrete work required for placement of the frame and funnel drain.
Abstract: A vehicle sun visor, provided with a radio absorptive conductor acting as a radio antenna, is disclosed. The vehicle sun visor, having a panel shape, is installed on the front portion of the interior ceiling within the passenger compartment of a car. The radio absorptive conductor, acting as a radio antenna, is installed on one surface of the sun visor while forming an arrangement suitable for effectively receiving radio waves. The above conductor is also electrically connected to the antenna terminal of an onboard radio system of the car. An input radio wave amplifying unit is mounted on the electric path between the conductor and the antenna terminal of the radio system. The above unit is used for filtering, amplifying and buffering the radio waves received by the conductor. In the present invention, the conductor may be formed by cutting a conductive thin plate into a desirably arranged line through a pressing process.
Abstract: An improved injection molding nozzle shows a high hardness and is chemically stable so that the inner surface thereof is not corroded nor the gas or the fluid forced to penetrate into the gap between the injection molding nozzle and the valve pin seize the valve pin regardless of the temperature and the pressure of the material to be injected. Additionally, the valve pin is not pliable and does not give rise to a collapse on the part of the valve pin. The injection molding nozzle to be used for resin and molten metal is characterized in that it is made of a ceramic material and at least part of the outer periphery is covered with metal.

Abstract: There is provided a method for fabricating a capacitor of semiconductor memory device, which can prevent Ti from diffusing into the ferroelectric layer of capacitor from the Ti adhesive layer, which is formed at the time of metal wiring to decrease the contact resistance between the upper electrode of capacitor and the metal wire. In order to prevent diffusion of Ti into the inside of the capacitor, a dense oxide layer is formed on the ferroelectric layer such as SBTN.
Abstract: A versatile motor boat having front and rear casting platforms and side platforms, a center console and oppositely facing, front and rear seat assemblies. Both seat assemblies can be opened to provide maximum seating when the boat is to be used for cruising. The front seat assembly may be collapsed to provide an extended front casting platform when it is desired to use the boat as a bay or striper boat. Both seat assemblies can be folded down to extend the front and rear casting platforms for use of the boat as a bass boat. When the seat assemblies are collapsed, supports are provided for a rigid back member forming part of each seat back and latches secure the seat backs in their collapsed position so that the rear surfaces of the rigid members provide stable extended casting platforms.

Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a molding composition having an excellent properties to seal carbon dioxide. The composition is made of fluoro thermoplastic elastomer having a reinforcing filler such as carbon black or white carbon having a particle diameter of not more than 100 nm. The composition can be used as a sealing materials such as O-ring, oil seal, gasket, hose, tube or diaphragm for sealing carbon dioxide.
Abstract: An automobile having a chassis and an outer cladding in the form of an airfoil with the top roof wall forming the pressure surface and the bottom wall the forming the suction surface with the front of the automobile acting as a leading edge and in the rear, the trailing edge.
Abstract: Disclosed is a method and a device for coupling spectacles and clip-on sun-shades with each other, the spectacles having first lens frames connected together at their inner ends by a first nose frame, lenses fitted into respective first lens frames and arms mounted to outer ends of the first lens frames through hinges, the clip-on sun-shades having second lens frames connected together at their inner ends by a second nose frame and tinted lenses fitted into respective second lens frames. The device comprises a permanent magnet disposed to one of the spectacles and the clip-on sun-shades at a predetermined position; and a soft magnetic member disposed to the other of the spectacles and the clip-on sun-shades at a preset position in a manner such that the soft magnetic member can be mated with the permanent magnet thereby to couple the spectacles and the clip-on sun-shades with each other.
Abstract: The electronic circuit (3) comprises an electric feed circuit (42) supplying at least one feed voltage (EPEN) intended to feed a network of magnetoresistive electrodes (100) and a measuring circuit (30-39) including two differential inputs (C, C′, S, S′) connected to the network. The measuring circuit uses a rough counter and a fine interpolation circuit to determine the position of the sensor along the scale on the basis of the two sinusoidal input signals received. The feed circuit periodically reduces the electric feed voltage supplied so as temporarily to lessen the dissipation of energy in the magnetoresistive electrodes.
