Abstract: The dryer includes in its programmable control circuit a microprocessor to which are connected at least a temperature sensor, a static pressure sensor, a motor revolution sensor, a ion generator, a resistor battery with its selector switches in series, and the respective power circuits of the motor and the air heater aforesaid, in which, in order to optimize the processing route, said microprocessor, after the dryer is turned on and the operating values of parameters, establishes the initial operating configuration at 50% of the value thereof, and then defines continuously, in terms of the ordinary data base, the constant functional conditions, and responds to electric, thermal and mechanical discrepancies being involved with its corrective stabilization, recording, signaling and information by means of a display.
Abstract: The invention relates to recirculation flow combustors having a generally curved recirculation chamber and unobstructed flow along the periphery of the boundary layer of the vortex flow in this chamber, and methods of operating such combustors. Such combustors further have a border interface area of low turbulence between the vortex flow and the main flow in the combustor, in which chemical reactions take place which are highly advantageous to the combustion process, and which promote a thermal nozzle effect within the combustor. A combustor of this type may be used for burning lean and super-lean fuel and air mixtures for use in gas turbine engines, jet and rocket engines and thermal plants such as boilers, heat exchanges plants, chemical reactors, and the like. The apparatus and methods of the invention may also be operated under conditions that favor fuel reformation rather than combustion, where such a reaction is desired.

Abstract: This invention is a secretion, a suction device, and kit for intubated or tracheostomized patients including a suction valve (1) having a body (2) with a chamber (3) where a selective obstruction device (4) is assembled. The device further includes a spherical valve (45) which selectively opens or closes a passage for a probe (25) through a patient/ventilator connection (56). The kit allows for the correct positioning of the suction device, including a plastic sheathing (65), and a tube for disposal of the suction device.

Abstract: Automatic watches use the movements of the wrist to re-wind the barrel spring and thus supply the necessary energy for the correct functioning of the watch. When the user cannot wear the watch it is proposed to place it on an automatic re-winding device. The device according to the invention is compact and modular. Furthermore, in order to avoid any error of manipulation, the starting and stopping of the re-winding device is done automatically by means of a detection of the presence of the watch (3). The passing of the strap in the detachable base (2) produces the tension of the device.
Abstract: A sterilization case in which the upper portion of one side of the case functions as a door having a hinge that is positioned horizontally with respect to the height of the case. When the case is closed, the surgical instruments are held securely in position, resting against an internal tray. When the door of the case is opened, the internal tray is raised, thus making the instruments more accessible by elevating them to a position above the top of the open case. The door swings downward to form an angle with the lower portion of the case, acting as a support so that the open case can stand in an upright position. When the door is closed, the internal tray is lowered and the instruments automatically retract into the case. Holes in the front and back covers of the instrument case allow the instruments within the case to be sterilized without removing them from the case.
