Abstract: The disclosure relates to a fin stabilization system adapted to minimize roll about the longitudinal axis of the boat during sharp cornering at very high speeds. In one form, equipment such as a machine gun is mounted to the bow of the boat and targets are adapted to be engaged in high-speed maneuvers when cornering and the deck of the boat is not excessively rolled whereby blocking visibility in a turn.

Abstract: A module transportation system where modules are transported from a movable carrier frame to a carriage such as a flatbed portion of a train while in motion. The system comprises a support structure and a carrier frame adapted to be attached thereto. The carrier frame can transfer modules to and from the moving train.
Abstract: A grinding machine having plurality of lift elements positioned within the rotating drum. The lift elements are provided with a central ridge contact surface portion with slanted side surfaces extending from the ridge contact portion in a downward and outward configuration. Adjacent pairs of side surfaces form valleys with the downwardly converging side surfaces. In the grinding process, this enhances the effectiveness of the grinding mill.
Abstract: A keyboard support adapted to be mounted to the waste portion of a musician providing support arms that are attached to a harness such that the keyboard is allowed to reposition in the lateral direction with respect to the waist portion of the musician. The support arms are further adapted to maintain the keyboard in a proper ergonomic orientation so the musician can play the keyboard while standing as well as moving.
Abstract: A gas well cap seal assembly adapted to seal the casing bowl of a gas well and to pressurize the annulus region between the inner surface of the well bore and the outer surface of the well casing which is filled with wet cement. The pressurized annulus aids in the prevention of forming gas bubbles and gas leakage paths in the annulus region.
Abstract: A composite drum hoop. The composite drum hoop has a first body section. The first body section is configured to attach to a drum. A second body section attaches to the first body section. The second body section is arranged on the circular rim of the first body section to preserve the circular rim from a drumstick impact.
Abstract: An assembly comprising a plurality of linked members configured to inter-operate with a cord member. The plurality of link members are interconnected such that the body of one link member passes through the inner surface defining a void of the other link member. In this way, each link member is connected to its adjacent neighbor. A load-bearing flexible cord member is configured to interoperate with the plurality of link members in such a way that a portion of the cord member passes through the inner surface defining a void of a least one of the link members. This provides an improved attachment method over existing chains, and individual cords.
Abstract: A game that involves cards or other point indicating items where players observe a sporting event such as football and if certain actions occur in the sporting event that correlate to a prearranged list, players are awarded cards.
Abstract: A trigger assembly comprising a housing adapted to mount a trigger, hammer and sear therein. The housing has an adjustment feature adapted to fixedly mount the housing within the trigger chamber portion of the firearm. The trigger assembly is particularly conducive for an AR-15 type rifle and the various sear engagement surfaces are adapted to be adjustable irrespective of the various dimensions and tolerances of the underlying firearm. A safety system is employed that adjustably allows proper engagement of the trigger tail to properly engage and disengage the safety mechanism.
Abstract: Particulate absorbent materials having a size and bulk density range that is conducive to provide a litter for animals that do not bury their eliminations. Where the granular material is sufficiently large and dense to not be discharged from a bin containing the granular material. Each granule has a smooth exterior that will not hang on to the hair or hide of the animal discharging their eliminations. Furthers the granules are of sufficient size and weight to not get stuck in the footing of the animal. The preferred characteristics of the material is having a width of 6 mm-12 mm and having an aspect ratio substantially between 1-1 and 1-6 where the granular substance has a bulk density greater than 12 pounds per cubic foot.
Abstract: A fishing rod retention device adapted to have a J-hook member rotate about a slotted region so when the fishing rod is in a stored location it is substantially retained therein and the fisherman with ease can remove the rod from a stored location to a removed position.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for treating a cutter ring adapted to be used in tunnel boring operations; forming an initial cutter ring and heat treating the cutter ring prior to a laser client process; applying an alloy to the surface of the cutter ring adjacent to cutting elements by a laser cladding process whereby the cutting elements have insufficient heat transfer from the laser cutting process to reduce their hardness properties.
Abstract: A rotary motion device having piston valves that define an open region that are adapted to engage a power tooth of the power ring as the power ring rotates around the piston valves and the piston valves rotate about their own separate axis that is fixed with respect to the base housing of the device. The power ring is provided with radially inward and outward ports in one form that are adapted to communicate with radially inward and outward ports of a static member of the device. The ports are utilized to compress and expand a gas and in one form are utilized for an internal combustion chamber to create an internal combustion rotary motion device.
Abstract: A combination tool comprising first and second sections designated a “hammer section” and a “wrench section” which as their names suggest, have a hammer function and a wrench function, respectively. These two sections are releasably and pivotally connected to one another at a pivot location so that these cooperate to function as pliers. The tool also accomplishes other functions. The handles of each of these sections each have a storage section for other components such as screw drivers, socket wrenches, a cutter, a can opener, a bottle opener, and other functions.
Abstract: A shelf section either having a bottle holding region or a central wood member supporting a platform and adapted to fit against a wall section where there are exposed 2 by 4 wooden posts at spaced intervals. The shelf section has a horizontal platform, part of which is positioned between adjacent 2 by 4 posts, and the other part extending outwardly from the posts. A pair of mounting flanges attach to the outer surfaces of the 2 by 4s, and a pair of braces extend between the flanges and the platform. The shelf section is designed to be made from a single metal sheet cut to the appropriate dimensions and configuration, and is arranged so that a plurality of shelf sections can next within one another for storage, transportation, etc.
