  • Patent number: 8151400
Abstract: A device by which a person who is handicapped by physical limitations in performing ordinary cleaning of the anal region after toilet excretion has elongated members which have grips or handles at one end and finger-like tips at the other end and are pivotally attached to one another intermediate the ends so that the user can grasp the handle end and hold toilet tissue between the finger-like pads and move the device horizontally while partly slightly raised above the toilet seat to place the tissue in the anal region and move the device to produce a wiping action and when completed, turn the device to release the used tissue into the toilet bowl. The device can be used in similar fashion to apply medication to the anal-genital region. An embodiment of the invention provides an adjustability feature.

  • Patent number: 7692097
Abstract: A connector with a dip-molded housing and a method for forming a twist-on wire connector with a dip-molded housing. To dip-mold a covering or housing on a twist-on wire connector either a mandrel carrying a twist-on wire coil, a mandrel having the a shape of a spiral coil or a twist-on wire connector are dipped into a bath of an in situ solidfiable dip-moldable material such as liquid plastic. The dip-moldable solidified material solidifies to form a dip-molded shell on the wire connector.

  • Patent number: 7604018
Abstract: An inline dispersal valve that can be used with or without a base. One embodiment includes a rotatable member that is rotatable from a fluid stream obstructing condition to an out-of-the-way condition to prevent fluid diversion into the dispersal valve. Another embodiment includes a lever handle for quickly setting the amount of fluid being diverted into the inline dispersal valve. Another embodiment includes an indicator that can be viewed from a position above the inline dispersal valve. Another embodiment includes a cap that can be secured or removed without the aid of tools. Another embodiment includes a clip that allows one to disassemble the inline dispersal valve for servicing. Another embodiment includes a dispensing valve that can be reversed and still properly divert fluid into a dispersant chamber. Another embodiment includes an inline dispersal valve with a bleed valve positioned to allow one to bring the air volume in the dispersant chamber to the proper level.

  • Patent number: 7530301
Abstract: Briefly, the invention comprises a vibrator with an on-demand start-up system, that inhibits fouling the atmosphere, with one embodiment of the invention including an integral non-fouling start-up system wherein at least one of the bearing surfaces contains a surface adhered lubricant so as to provide an on-demand static start-up system and in another embodiment the on-demand start-up system is a dynamic system that can unbalance the differential forces on the piston therein to ensure that the vibrator will begin vibrating “on-demand”. Thus, two types of start-up systems are available one an on-demand static start-up system and the other an on-demand dynamic start-up system with either of the systems can be used alone or if desired in combination to provide redundant start-up systems.

  • Patent number: 7507331
Abstract: A dispenser system that takes high pressure fluid such as a high pressure water source and reduces the volume flow of the high pressure water as it flows into a dispenser with the dispenser having a low pressure outlet, which offers negligible fluid resistance in comparison to the inlet fluid resistance to the dispenser, thereby ensuring that if a dispenser cap is accidentally removed from the dispenser while the unit is in operation the water will not spray out into and onto the user. The dispensing system includes a removable cartridge carrier with adjustable openings and a dispenser housing that one can maintain a uniform flow pattern under different flow rates to provide for a predicable control of a dispersion rate from a dispersant located in the system and a method of predictably changing the dispersion rate of a dispersant.
