Abstract: A linear vibrator having an internal cylindrical bearing surface forming a chamber therein and a fluid inlet to direct a fluid into the chamber with a one piece piston slideable located therein with the piston simultaneously rotatable and axially displaceable therein with the piston including a static port to bias the piston and thereby induce piston oscillation when fluid is introduced into the vibrator.
Abstract: A vibratory plate screen having a first end for quickly mounting in a vibrator housing, an intermediate region with openings therein and a securement end that allows one to quickly secure a vibratory plate screen in a vibratory housing. In addition, the screen is sufficiently flexible to enable one to mount the vibrator screen in a curved condition or stressed condition so that the inherent tensile strength of the material assists in holding the vibratory plate screen in position. A further feature of the invention is the quick removal and securement of the vibratory plate screen.
Abstract: A method of manufacturing gel containing wire connectors with a silicone gel that remains in an unseparated state wherein the temperature of the gel precursors are elevated before being mixed and dispensed into the cavity of a wire connector where the mixed gel precursors are allowed to cool and cure without the necessity of additional heating of either the mixed gel precursors or the wire connector.

Abstract: A dispenser system that takes high pressure fluid such as a high pressure water source and reduces the volume flow of the high pressure water as it flows into a dispenser with the dispenser having a low pressure outlet, which offers negligible fluid resistance in comparison to the inlet fluid resistance to the dispenser, thereby ensuring that if a dispenser cap is accidentally removed from the dispenser while the unit is in operation the water will not spray out into and onto the user. The dispensing system includes a removable cartridge carrier with adjustable openings and a dispenser housing that one can maintain a uniform flow pattern under different flow rates to provide for a predicable control of a dispersion rate from a dispersant located in the system and a method of predictably changing the dispersion rate of a dispersant.

Abstract: A two part biocide composition containing metal ions and bromine donor for killing microorganisms in a body of water and a method of killing microorganisms in a body of water by placing both metal ions and a bromine in the body of water to allow use of lower concentrations of bromine than if bromine were used alone as a biocide.
Abstract: A inline push-in wire connector for forming an inline electrical connection or a side-by-side branch connection with either or all of the electrical connections formed therein may be waterproofed through a sealant that retains itself therein but yields to allow insertion of a wire into engagement with a bus strip in the presence of the sealant while the sealant is self healing to form an inline or branch wire connection.

Abstract: An operating room filter system connectable to a surgical body gas evacuator, such as a trocar, that includes a carbon monoxide filter media that removes carbon monoxide from a surgical waste gas. In addition, the inclusion of further filter media upstream of the carbon monoxide filter media inhibits the saturation of the carbon monoxide filter media to thereby provide an extended life to the filtration system.
Abstract: An apparatus and method for controlling a water characteristic of a body of water by controlling the cyclic release of a water characteristic material into the body of water with or without the system being responsive to a level of the water characteristic in the body of water.
Abstract: A twist-on wire connector containing a mass of a cohering gel in a gel state therein for forming a protective covering over a wire connection in the twist-on wire connector with the gel thereon removal from the twist-on wire connector and peelable from the wire connection to enable one to quickly form a further wire connection without having to wipe off the wire connection.
