Abstract: A dish washing machine configured to consume the smallest possible amount of water has a device for storing the washing liquid, in which at least one storage reservoir is provided that is made of a flexible material for holding at least a portion of the washing liquid located inside the dish washing machine. The dish washing machine offers the possibility of removing, at any time during the washing program, at least a portion of the washing bath from the washing circuit, of storing it in the storage reservoir and, when needed, of supplying it once again to the washing circuit. Thus, for example, after completing the last clear rinsing cycle, the washing bath is at least partially retained in the storage reservoir until use of the bath in a subsequent washing cycle, whereby by and large reducing the consumption of water of the dish washing machine.
Abstract: A dishwasher, the program control of which permits the installation of the program control module in the dishwasher, a subsequent programming of the program control and a change to the rinse program sequence pre-programmed in the program control. An electronic program control for the control of rinsing program sequences is provided with a programmable control module and includes an interface, for the external programming of at least one rinsing program sequence, carried out by the program control, which may be directly contacted from outside the dishwasher. By integrating an interface that may be directly contacted from outside the dishwasher, for the external programming of rinsing program sequences in the control module of the program control, the program control can be installed in the dishwasher without pre-programming and programmed in a final step, or after the production of the dishwasher.

The processing unit determines the wetting of the sensor with clear rinsing liquid and renders an estimate of the concentration of clear rinsing agent in the clear rinsing liquid as a function of the wetting of the sensor with clear rinsing liquid based upon the energy level emitted by the transmitting element and received by the receiving element.

Abstract: A coffee machine comprising an instantaneous electric heater for heating water, which is transported from a storage tank and conducted under pressure after the heating process into a brewing chamber to prepare the coffee, said chamber comprising an outlet nozzle for discharging the prepared coffee. The machine also comprises at least one sensor for recording an electric measured value that correlates to the temperature of the heated water and a control system for controlling the pump output of the pump and/or the heating output of the instantaneous heater in accordance with the measured value. The device permits a blockage of the nozzle to be identified and safely removed. The control system shuts off the pump output and/or the heating output if the measured value exceeds predefined thresholds and blocks a restart of the pump output and/or heating output for a specified blocking period by activating blocking elements.
