Hydrotreating process comprises contacting a hydrocarbon feed susceptible to upgrading with hydrogen in the presence of the aforesaid catalysts under hydrotreating conditions. The catalyt and process are particularly useful in hydrotreating feeds comprising high metals or high metals and sulfur content materials.
