Abstract: A binary tree method for avoiding collision of multiple tags, comprising: during inventorying tags, a reader sending a re-splitting instruction to the tags and entering a next time slot for reception if the reader does not receive any reply information from the tags in a specified time slot and one of the following conditions is satisfied: the reader received incorrectly reply information from the tags in the former time slot, or a re-splitting instruction was sent in the former time slot; and when the tags receive the re-splitting instruction, for tags whose counter values are not 1, the counter values remaining unchanged, and tags whose counter values are 1 splitting into two subsets 0 and 1, and those counter-0 tags replying to the reader. With the present invention, the inventorying flow of Binary Tree is optimized, the inventorying efficiency is improved, and the whole flow becomes more reasonable.

Abstract: A method for transmitting mobile multimedia broadcast electronic service guide, and the method comprises: a multiplexer receives the electronic service guide message; the multiplexer multiplexes the electronic service guide message into a multiplexing frame, the multiplexing payload of the multiplexing frame includes one or more multiplexing sub-frames; the multiplexer sends the multiplexing frame to a broadcast station; the broadcast station modulates and sends said multiplexing frame to the mobile user equipments. The method of the present invention could transmits the ESG data alone in the individual service multiplexing sub-frames, thus transmits a large number of ESG messages rapidly; alternatively, the relative ESG messages can be transmitted along with the audio/video data, thus the user equipments can receive the service data and this ESG messages simultaneously when the user equipments open only one time slot.

Abstract: A distributed file system and a data block consistency managing method thereof are disclosed. The method comprises: a file location register generates the values of the counters corresponding to CHUNKs and the values of the counters are simultaneously stored in file access servers and a file location register; when writing data into a CHUNK, a file access client writes data into both the main and standby file access servers and revises the values of counters of CHUNKs in the file access servers into which data is written normally; the file location register takes the CHUNK whose counter has the maximal value as the normal and valid one according to the corresponding values of the counters of corresponding CHUNK reported by the main and standby file access servers.

Abstract: A food-cooking appliance having a cooking bowl designed to be closed by a lid (7) in a substantially airtight manner during cooking, heater means, and odor treatment means (10) for treating the cooking odors, which means discharge the treated stream of air to the outside of the appliance via at least one opening (20), the food-cooking appliance being characterized in that it includes cooling means (21) designed to generate a cooling stream directed to sweep across the opening (20).

Abstract: Combination cooking grills and thermal chests are provided. One such combination includes a thermal chest that defines an interior and which includes an opening communicating with and providing access to the interior. The combination also includes a grill that defines a cooking interior and which incorporates a grilling surface mounted within the cooking interior. A repositioning assembly is mounted to the thermal chest. The grill is movable, via the repositioning assembly, between a lowered position in which the grill limits access to the interior of the thermal chest via the opening, and a raised position in which the grill is spaced from the thermal chest such that access to the interior of the thermal chest is provided via the opening.

Abstract: A barbecue grill is disclosed that includes a main grill body including a cooking chamber, the frame, and an improved shelf. The improved shelf includes a substantially planar portion and either a pair of tool hangers configured to receive barbecue instruments and tools and/or a hand pull. The tool hangers are attached to the substantially planar portion and project therefrom in a manner wherein the tool hangers oppose each other. The hand pull is configured to be accessed by a user from under the shelf, and maybe further configured to fit user's cupped and upwardly-turned hand. Additionally, the hand pull is preferably configured to be ergonomically shaped for a user's hand.

Abstract: An electrical connector has a body and ground plate mounted on the body. The body has a mounting surface that defines several openings to receive signal terminals. The ground plate is mounted on the mounting surface and electrically contacts with each signal terminal, wherein a single ground pin extending from the ground plate is shared by all signal terminals. Therefore, the total amounts of conductive pins of the electrical connector is reduced, and the complexity of mounting process is able to be simplified when the electrical connector is jointed to a circuit board.

Abstract: A collector box for a gas burner ignition system is disclosed, the collector box including a top half; a bottom half; an aperture disposed within the bottom half, the aperture being configured to receive an insulated electrode substantially within the center of the aperture and to allow gas from a gas burner to exit the aperture around the insulated electrode; and a grounding electrode protruding from an edge of the third aperture, where a spark may be produced between the insulated electrode and the grounding electrode. Also disclosed are gas burner ignition systems that include the above-described collector box, as well as a spark generator and an insulated electrode. The gas burner ignition system may be used in, for example, cooking devices such as barbecue grills.

Abstract: A removable handle for use with a cooking implement, including a grip portion with a top surface, a bottom surface, a front end, and a back end. A support post wire with a first support post end and a second support post end, the first and said second support post ends being parallel, is securely attached to the grip portion. A lock wire with a hook end and an anchor end is securely attached to the grip portion. A button is disposed in the grip portion, the button being arranged and configured to deflect the hook end downwardly. The first and the second support post ends are arranged and configured for insertion into a pair of support recesses disposed on the cooking implement, and the hook end is arranged and configured to engage a portion of the cooking implement.

Abstract: An automatic flame-out detector and reignition system for a fuel burning apparatus comprises at least one spark generator. The spark generator comprises a spark gap and a transformer. The transformer has a primary winding and a secondary winding. The spark gap is connected across the secondary winding of the transformer. A switch is in electrical communication with the primary winding such that when the switch is in a first state, electrical current may flow through the primary winding and when the switch is in a second state, electrical current may not flow through the primary winding. The system comprises at least one flame detector having an output indicating the presence of a flame. A programmable circuit having an input for receiving the output of the flame detector and an output for triggering the spark generator is provided. A method of ignition is also provided.

Abstract: Disclosed is a toilet bowl cleaner that includes a hypochlorite generator and an effervescent system that produces a foam level approximately one inch above a water line in the toilet. The cleaner may be prepared, stored and packaged in a manner that prevents moisture from initiating premature decomposition of the cleaning components. The toilet bowl cleaner may also include a binder, lubricant, fragrance, and a surfactant mixture. Further, the toilet bowler cleaner may be in the form of a tablet, granules, or a powder. The toilet bowl cleaner may also be coated with a surfactant mixture. Also disclosed is a method for producing the toilet bowl cleaner, including the steps of: combining an effervescent system, a hypochlorite generator, and a binder to form a pre-mix; blending the pre-mix in a blender for approximately 15 to 20 minutes; adding a lubricant to the blended pre-mix; and blending the lubricant with the blended pre-mix for approximately three to four minutes to form a cleaner blend.

A locking wire including a hook end is disposed in the locking wire channel and the hook end is configured to engage the cooking implement. A pair of support posts is disposed in the pair of recesses and the support posts include a pair of support post ends configured for insertion into the cooking implement. A button is disposed in the button orifice and is arranged and configured to deflect the hook end between an engaged position and a disengaged position.

Abstract: A gas grill burner apparatus is provided that fits within barbecue grill cooking chambers of varied configurations and sizes. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, a gas grill burner apparatus includes a center manifold configured to form two hollow gas tubes, the gas tubes being substantially parallel. The gas grill burner apparatus also includes first and second C-shaped hollow gas tube end portions slideably engaged within opposing ends of the parallel hollow gas tubes. The apparatus further includes a center grease tent mounted atop the center manifold and first and second telescoping grease tent members mated with the center grease tent. The telescoping grease tent members are configured to move laterally with the first and second gas tube end portions.
