  • Patent number: 6976348
Abstract: An apparatus that wraps dinner flatware in a paper napkin in an automated manner and secures it with a paper label is disclosed. The apparatus includes input hoppers for knives, forks, spoons, and napkins which are located on the front and top part of the unit. Additionally, a roll of paper napkins and a roll of securing paper labels are provided on top with their own automatic dispensing means. A plastic cover secures the entire top of the invention to protect it from dust and dirt as well as accidental contact during operation. Internal mechanisms then take one of each piece of flatware and fold and roll it in a napkin. The completed napkin unit then drops out the bottom where it is collected for use.

  • Patent number: 6971465
Abstract: An apparatus is provided that raises the rear of a snowmobile while it is parked for purposes of storage, repair, and/or warming up. The apparatus is attached to the snowmobile and forms an integral part that goes everywhere with the snowmobile. An integral support rack slides out of the rear bumper of the snowmobile. Once fully extended, the user can lift the rear bumper and drop the support stand down to support the rear of the snowmobile in the air, in much the same manner as a kick stand on a bicycle works. The stand also has a supporting structure that folds out to provide a multipoint support system that prevents the snowmobile from tipping over.

  • Patent number: 6964353
Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing ice melting chemicals directly into roof gutters comprises a linearly elongated pole having two cushioned grips for comfortable holding. At the upper end of the pole, a guide hook is provided which hooks over the edge of the gutter, and properly positions a container filled with calcium chloride or other safe ice-melting chemical directly over the gutter. A lever at the bottom handle opens a release gate on the chemical container allowing a small amount of the chemical to be released into the gutter. Should the chemical clog and not be released, a separate hammer may be activated by a hammer lever to tap the chemical container and aid in the chemical release. The user would release approximately eight to twelve ounces of chemical every four to five feet along the gutter to aid in ice melting.

  • Patent number: 6948405
Abstract: An improved low profile ratchet wrench comprising a rotatable head and a handle, wherein a lever projecting from the free end of the handle permits selective adjustment of the unidirectional rotation of the ratchet wrench. The lever eccentrically rotates so as to urge a cam and cam teeth to engage the teeth of a ratchet wheel, thereby selecting an appropriate unidirectional path. In use, the unidirectional path may be changed by eccentrically rotating the lever in the opposite direction previously selected, thus permitting reversal of the ratchet head.
