Abstract: A resilient, impact-resistant, one-piece ballast apparatus is useful to provide external weight and stability for portable barricades and signs. The ballast is a solid, compression molded rubber device having a predetermined weight and design features including thickness, shape, perimeter contour and holes that permit the ballast device to be easily handled, quickly and securely affixed to or removed from barricade and sign structures, and stored for transport or between uses. The flat surface of the ballast permits application of identifying indicia of ownership that prevents loss and promotes reuse with resultant savings of economy and resources.
Abstract: A hunter's gear bag provides a collapsible, foldable container capable of removable attachment to hunting tree stands for the convenient storage of hunting gear, food and other equipment and items useful to hunters during time spent in a tree stand awaiting prey. A bag is constructed from panels of fabric to form a pocket having a top opening for the insertion and removal of items. The bag is attached at its top opening to a frame that has pivoting members which rotate between a collapsed position when the bag is closed to a expanded position when the bag is open. One of the frame members is capable of releasable attachment to the hunter's stand. The gear bag is foldable to form an unobtrusive attachment to the hunter's stand while the stand is transported to or from the place of use and during deployment in a tree. The panels of fabric used to construct the pocket may be water-resistant and/or camouflage fabric.

Abstract: A shaving razor comprises a finger grip consisting of a body having contoured sides, a top surface and a base. A razor head is affixed to the top surface. The finger grip sides are concave in shape to conform to and accommodate the shape of the user's fingers. When the finger grip is held between the user's fingers and the razor head is placed against the skin, the user's fingers are capable of contacting the skin adjacent to the razor head to provide sensory feed back to the user. The razor head is adapted to contain one or more blades, or pairs of blades, extending in a single direction for unidirectional shaving; or alternatively, the head may contain more than one blade, or pairs of blades, extending in opposite directions for bi-directional shaving. In different embodiments, the finger grip razor may be fitted with non-replaceable blades and is disposable or the razor grip may be fitted with replaceable blades and is reusable.
Abstract: A sun shield device for automobile includes a tubular central axle, a revolving sleeve which has a diameter larger than and a length shorter than that of the central axle being rotatably supported around the central axle, a shading sheet engaged on and wound around the revolving sleeve, an auto-rewinding device which is installed between the central axle and the revolving sleeve for driving the revolving sleeve to rotate so as to automatically rewind the shading sheet around the revolving sleeve, a supporting device including a pair of supporters extendably connected to two ends of the central axle respectively, and an adjusting device for adjusting the length of at least one of the supporters so as to adjust an overall length of the sun shield device until two supporting end members of the two supporters respectively firmly pressed against two interior side walls of a trunk of an automobile so as to horizontally support the sun shield device within the trunk.
Abstract: A toothbrush case is a unitary receptacle having a bristle chamber and a handle chamber separated by a fluid seal. The case opens for insertion and removal of the toothbrush and closes to form a sealed container where the brushes and handle are stored in separate, fluid-impervious, sanitizing environments. The case has ports with uni-directional flow valves through which sterilizing agents in the form of aerosol spray or fluid may be selectively admitted into the brush compartment or the handle compartment. Upon application of the sterilizing agent, the toothbrush is sterilized and maintained in a sterile environment until the case is opened for use.
Abstract: A trailer is designed to receive, transport and unload large cylindrical bales of agricultural products such as hay, including bales which may be out-of-round due to a flat side caused by settlement during storage or transport. The trailer has a wheel-mounted frame extending the full length of the trailer and a plurality of cradles mounted on the frame to receive and support the bales. Each cradle has a latch by which the cradle may be released from its normally horizontal position to rotate under the force of gravity to an unload position. During rotation of the cradles to the unload position, pusher or kicker members contact and propel the bales outwardly from the cradles to insure that the bales land and/or come to rest on the ground in the desired position with their round sides in contact with the ground. In a first embodiment, a kicker mechanism moves relative to the rotating cradle, while in a second embodiment the kicker is a stationary member rigidly attached to the frame.
Abstract: A toothbrush sterilizing container for holding and sterilizing the bristles and handle of a toothbrush includes a storage canister for receiving and holding the bristles of a toothbrush immersed in a sterilizing solution while the toothbrush handle extends through the open top end of the canister. A reservoir of sterilizing solution supplies fresh solution to the canister and a spout allows used solution to be drained from the canister. A lid has a slot for receiving the toothbrush handle and a supply of disinfectant in the lid maintains the handle in a sterile environment.
