Abstract: The invention relates to a plastic shaped body with an integrated optoelectronic luminous element and to a method for the production thereof. To this end, translucent and cold-stretchable plastic film is three-dimensionally formed at least in the area of the luminous elements and subsequently sprayed with thermoplastic synthetic material. The luminous elements are screen printed onto the unshaped film in the form of luminous fields before the plastic film is formed.
Abstract: A fully extendible drawer unit utilizes two pairs of, in each case, three rails which can be pushed into one another. On the carcass rail is positioned a differential roller, which allows the intermediate rail to be moved along when the drawer starts to be pulled out at a lower speed than the drawer and the drawer rail. A coupling lever ensures that the intermediate rail is still pushed along even when the drawer rail has already left the differential roller and that this happens synchronously.
Abstract: A plain bearing comprises a metallic backing, a sintered porous metal layer bonded to the backing and a lining layer infiltrated into the pores of the porous metal layer and overlying the sintered metal layer, said lining layer comprising PTFE containing 10-30% by vol. of particulate wear-resistant filler, 2-10% by vol. fibrillated aramid fibers and 2-10% by vol. of a melt processable fluoropolymer. The melt processable fluoropolymer is a copolymer of the group tetrafluoroethylene-hexafluoropropylene, tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkylvinylether and monofluoroalkoxy. Such a bearing exhibits superior cavitation erosion resistance and may, by increasing the temperature and/or duration of the sintering operation that is normally performed after the mixture of ingredients has been applied to a backing material, be made to exhibit significantly improved fatigue strength.
Abstract: A drawer slide is adapted to be fastened on a drawer side wall and has a somewhat Z-shaped profile. The drawer slide comprises an upper horizontal shank, a lower horizontal shank, a vertical shank located between and connecting the horizontal shanks, and at least one vertical flange attached to an edge of the lower horizontal shank opposite its connection to the vertical shank, wherein at least one vertical flange is attached to the lower horizontal shank after being produced as a preformed, separate member.
Abstract: Deburring tool with a seal in the tool holder for remove burrs and rough edges from the opening edges of bore holes, has a shank and two cutting elements opposing each other with a single spring pointed from a radial guiding cavity of the shank projecting, against the force between this spring with adjustable and limited movable cutting element with a slanted edge which is opposed in the advance direction; whereby, a blade, in a radial externally sealed window of the tool holder against the force of the spring and linearly perpendicular to the tool longitudinal axis, is slidable. The advantage of this innovative deburring tool is that there can be only a single blade in and all around the sealed radial window on the tool element, and that in the tool element itself no built-ins are necessary for mechanical adjustments.
Abstract: A self-positioning cabinet rail for a drawer guide for supporting a drawer in a drawer opening of a furniture article, such as a cabinet, and including a means for spacing the cabinet rail a pre-determined distance from the bottom of the drawer opening. The self-positioning cabinet rail includes a rail member with front and rear ends, upper and lower ledges, a cabinet rail roller and a downwardly bent projection on the front end. The projection is angled downward to extend below the front end and in use, is positioned at the lower member of the drawer opening for spacing the cabinet rail with its front end at the drawer opening. The self-positioning cabinet rail also includes a bumper cover on the projection and extending forward of the front end to provide an abutment surface.
Abstract: A hinge with a hinge cup and a hinge arm is described which inserts in a cabinet/furniture component. The hinge cup has a recess located on the outer side of the side which is opposite the hinge arm, so that a step is formed in the inner space of the hinge cup.
