Abstract: Providing a drinking lid with an under-lap between a valve base and a lid body. The valve is created with an “L” shaped exterior step around the valve side wall adjacent the wall bottom. A coining die stamps the L-shaped step producing a smooth side wall and forcing excess plastic material under a die-cut at the wall bottom creating a flange which under-laps the lid body.

Abstract: A square with longitudinal slots in the angular arms, a rule having a longitudinal slot, and two clamping screws for securing the rule in various angular positions on the arms of the square, so that the scale may be shifted on the square to establish a number of angles, and be maintained at its adjusted position. Spirit levels are provided on each of the square arms and on the rule. The square arms and rule are thick thereby providing saw guides. The square arms are each marked with measuring scales as well as with markers for twelve inch or sixteen inch center layouts. The rule is marked with a plurality of degrees for common pitch lines and hip and valley pitch lines.

The leg bottoms are engaged by a footing or a stake driven into the ground. Removable sidings may also be attached to the protective cover for enclosing the area beneath the protective cover. The portable is easily assembled and disassembled.

A drill bit, leading end first, is inserted into the dresser body and held in a desired positioned by the holding clamp. The sanding shoe is pivoted to the dresser body and engages the drill bit leading end in a vertical up and down motion.

Abstract: A rotatable pool table with an electromagnetic pad imbedded in the pool table's surface. Each pool ball has a metallic element imbedded in its center. The electromagnetic pad is adapted to being activated, creating a magnetic field to hold the pool balls in position while the table is rotated. The pool table playing surface may be vertically raised and lowered.
