Abstract: A pen with a light source has a head member with a bulb connected thereto and an adjusting assembly and batteries mounted in tube members. When the adjusting assembly is turned to adjust the position of an ink tube of the pen, the bulb in the head member is energized to allow writing in a dark place. The pen also includes an IC board mounted in an upper portion of the pen. When a push-button switch of the IC board is depressed, a light source mounted therein emits light which passes through a focusing ring above the IC board for emitting a beam of light through a hole on a top of the pen, serving as a luminous pointer.
Abstract: A safety lock-set is provided which includes a main body, a socket and a bushing. The heat-treated socket is used not only to close off the lock-pin hole of the main body, but also to form a skirt for the spring and the back end of the latch. The heat-treated bushing is provided to sleeve over the connecting area of the set bar and the latch from the lock barrel side. The socket and the bushing connect together with a respective curved notch on each one, to form a closed connecting sleeve to protect the connecting areas of the latch and the spring and the set bar, in order to prevent someone from drilling through the lock-set.
Abstract: An adjustable supporting bracket which includes a supporting arm, an anchoring base and a supporting bracket is provided. A linkage is attached to the lower end of the gas cylinder (or spring member). The linkage is provided with a pair of sliding shafts which in turn are slidably received within a pair of corresponding grooves disposed under the supporting arm. The linkage is provided with a threaded socket at the rear central portion. An adjusting bolt is disposed with the threaded socket. A coil spring member is enveloped at the bolt and disposed located between the bolt head and the threaded socket. By this arrangement, the threads are prevented from being readily worn out while the bolt can be rotated smoothly.
Abstract: A golf trolley is provided which mainly comprises an upper plate, a lower plate, a main tube, and two wheel legs associated with wheels. The upper plate and the lower plate are fitted to the main tube to hold golf clubs and are removable. The wheel legs are pivotally associated with a lower holding block connected to a lower portion of the main tube and are operationally associated with a stopping bar and two leg proppers.
Abstract: A pair of swimming goggles includes two frames, two rigid lenses respectively received in the frames, a strap, and two clamping blocks each having a bore. Each frame includes a slot defined in an outer side thereof. Each end of the strap is extended through the associated block, wound through the associated slot, and then again extended through the associated clamping block, thereby forming an upper strap section and a lower strap section which are located at a position above the ears of a user. The first end and the second end of the strap are securely attached to a buckle, thereby allowing adjustment of the length of the strap in response to the shape of the head of the user.
Abstract: A swinging head gear shell for an electric fan is provided and includes a body and a cover respectively molded from reinforced engineering plastics. The body has a mounting plate for mounting with screws, a first open top chamber and a second open top chamber linked in parallel and adapted for receiving a swinging head gear. The body has a plurality of screw holes for the mounting of the cover, and a vertical locating barrel through which one gear shaft of the swinging head gear passes. The mounting plate has a circular through hole through which the worm of the swinging head gear passes. The cover overlays the body to close the first open top chamber and the second open top chamber, and has a plurality of mounting holes respectively fastened to the top screw holes of the body by screws. The cover has a raised portion, and a through hole formed in the raised portion in communication with the second open top chamber for the control lever of the swinging head gear to pass.
Abstract: A shock-absorbing device for rackets includes a first clamping plate having at least one first hole defined therein and a second clamping plate having at least one hole defined therein. The first and second clamping plates are respectively mounted to two sides of a plurality of strings of a racket with the first hole aligning with the associated second hole. A retaining device extends through the first hole and the associated second hole for securely holding the first and the second clamping plates together.
Abstract: An electric connector assembly includes a housing, a slide block mounted in the housing, and a plug-in device mounted in the housing at a position above the sliding block. The plug-in device includes a fixing seat having two first receiving compartments and a second receiving compartment defined in each of two sides thereof. The fixing seat further includes four first accesses and two second accesses defined in an upper side thereof which are in communication with the first receiving compartments and the second receiving compartments, respectively. A first conductive plate is mounted in each first receiving compartment, and a second conductive plate mounted in each second receiving compartment. A third conductive plate is mounted in the housing for electrically interconnecting each second conductive plate and the associated first conductive plate.
Abstract: An antidotal food product containing activated charcoal is provided for ingestion into the gastro-intestinal tract of a user. The antidotal food product is orally administered having the visual appearance and physical properties which enables the desire on the part of young children to chew and ingest the food product. The food product in a preferred embodiment includes a substantially dry friable wafer which is adapted to be chewed by the user for ingestion. The dry friable wafer has a wafer mixture composition formed by blending a first predetermined weight of sorbent particulate composition having an initial adsorption value with respect to a toxin to a second predetermined weight of a substantially non-interfering flavored binding composition which provides for a creamy and sweet tasting food product.

Abstract: A key switch assembly for use in a keyboard employing pressure sensitive electric switches disposed within a keyboard housing is provided. The key switch assembly includes a key switch socket member integrally formed on an upper panel of the keyboard housing to project axially upward therefrom. The key switch socket member includes an inner wall portion defining a receiving bore which has formed thereon an axially extended guiding slot spaced from a pair of appropriately spaced and radially protruding guiding projections which are provided with upwardly exposed beveled surfaces. The key switch assembly also includes a key top member displaceably coupled to the key switch socket member which is formed with an axially extended key stem.
Abstract: A bendable joint for a collapsible playpen includes two disc housings, two discs, a main body and a push cap and two screws. The discs has two sector-shaped projections, and a projeting pin provided on a side wall of one of the sector-shaped projections to engage a pin hole provided in a side wall of one of two opposite projections of the main body to keep the disc housings, the discs and the main body and the push cap in a spread position securely, without potential dangers of the playpen suddenly collapsed by the joint bent by careless press of the push cap.
