Abstract: A method and an apparatus (1) for manufacturing natural intestine sausages includes a stuffing tube (4), an intestine pushing member (6), an intestine-pushing-member driving device (7), an intestine receiving member (9), a braking member (10), a transporting device (11), a detecting device (13) for detecting the position of the intestine pushing member (6) with respect to the intestine receiving member (9), and a controlling device (15) for stopping the operation of a material supplying device (3). A distal end (4A) of the stuffing tube (4) is positioned in such a manner as to project from the braking member (10) toward the transporting device (11).
Abstract: A baked dough of a soft-baked type is produced, and the surface of the baked dough is coated with the application of a fat and oil component. Then, an emulsified sauce is further applied onto the surface of the baked dough. Consequently, there can be obtained a soft-baked rice cracker which is uniformly coated with a sauce, has a mild taste, and is glossy, and whose surface makes a good appearance.
Abstract: A symbiotic fungus is a filamentous fungus of a biologically pure culture. The filamentous fungus belongs to genus Neotyphodium and a final metabolic product thereof is a chanoclavine. Plant with the filamentous fungus introduced therein has resistance to pest and do not show toxicity to livestock.
Abstract: A clamp for holding an elongated article includes at least one clamp portion having an insertion concave portion for receiving the elongated article and at least one elastic stop member. The insertion concave portion has a pair of sidewalls along a longitudinal direction of the elongated article to be inserted. The elastic stop member has an upper end integrally joined to an upper portion of one sidewall constituting the insertion concave portion, and projects diagonally downward toward a bottom of the insertion concave portion. The clamp portion holds the elongated article such that a lower end of the elastic stop member elastically holds the elongated article at an insertion position.
Abstract: A regulator for regulating airflow through an air outlet includes a plurality of louver blades integrated with axis portions supported at bearing holes and interconnected through an interlocking member; a supporting plate with the bearing holes attached to an air outlet; and an elastic portion provided on the supporting plate to be capable of deforming along an axis of the louver blades. Also, the regulator may include a damper; a manual operating member for tilting the louver blades and damper; and two gears engaging each other and disposed at an interconnecting portion between the manual operating member and the damper. One of the gears is formed in two portions separated along an axis and provided coaxially. The two portions have slightly shifted pitch, and are able to displace with each other in a circumferential direction with elasticity.
Abstract: A coalescent type power supply conversion plug is capable of connecting to different power supply plug sockets. The plug includes a first adapter having two round bar-shaped plug terminals so that a pitch width of plug terminals is adjustable. A pin for earth hole for B type, C type and SE type is foldably provided in the center portion of the plug terminals, and a plug-in port connectable to the sockets of all the types is provided in the rear end surface. Another pin for flat plate-shaped hole for BF type and a pin for round bar shaped earth hole for B3 type is foldably provided in a second adapter. Flat plate-shaped plug terminals and a pin for earth hole are provided in the plug terminals. A plug-in port connectable to the sockets of all kinds is provided in the rear end surface.

Abstract: In order to provide a method for reliably detecting that an operation device, such as a sensor or an actuator, is connected to a proper connector of a control device, a connection detecting method includes the steps of reading an identification signal of the operation device, comparing the identification signal with a predetermined signal assigned to the operation device at the control device, and determining if the identification signal matches the predetermined signal. The system also includes a step of sending a connection failure warning after the determining step is repeated for predetermined times.
Abstract: A printing apparatus includes an image forming portion for selectively forming images to a card and to an intermediate transfer sheet, and a transfer portion for transferring images formed onto an intermediate transfer medium to a card. The image forming portion and transfer portion are opposingly arranged to a card transport path and are arranged offset along the card transport path. This allows the shared use of members for direct transfer and indirect transfer to enable smooth printing. The apparatus switches between the direct transfer method and the indirect transfer method to print to the card and enables lower costs and improved printing speed.
