Abstract: An adjustable trigger stop assembly comprises a first generally cylindrical lateral arm having an inner end and an outer end and a second generally cylindrical lateral arm having an inner end and an outer end. The first and second lateral arms each have an aligned axis, with the inner ends of the first and second lateral arms respectively facing each other. An intermediate portion is formed on the axis between the inner ends of the first and second lateral arms respectively. The intermediate portion has at least a first facet spaced from the axis and a second facet spaced from the axis, the first and second facets in use engaging a trigger so that each facet permits different amounts of movement of the trigger.
Abstract: There is disclosed a partially transparent, directional viewing sheet formed of plastic material with convex and concave lenses of elliptical cross-section, preferably lenticular lenses, formed respectively on the front and back surfaces of the sheet, there being intervening spaces with convex surfaces between the concave lenses which spaces are not transparent to images and may be imprinted with an image that is viewable through the sheet from some directions. Preferably the concave lens focal length is typically about one-half of the focal length of the convex lens. Elliptical cross-section of the lenses minimizes spherical aberration and sharpens the focus. The thickness of the sheet causes focal points of the lenses to substantially coincide producing the effect of a tiny Galilean telescope.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for analyzing the closed caption aspect of a video signal for specific undesirable words or phrases and then muting the audio portion of those words or phrases while not effecting the video portion therein while simultaneously modifying the closed captioned signal in order to display an acceptable word or phrase.
Abstract: The present lure automatically retracts pivoting hooks into its body during retrieval but also quickly deploys its pivoting hooks upon the appearance of a strike by a fish. The lure has a mechanism with two legs independently attached at opposite axes points, and mounted between two parallel side plates. The rear leg functions as the trigger mechanism by rotating around the rear mounting axis, against the front leg. The front leg of the mechanism holds a hook or hooks, and is aligned with the rear leg in a common plane. The legs are designed such that they are not allowed to separate from each other by being captivated between the two mounting plates. A leading collector hydraulically biases the hook inside the body unless within a fish.
Abstract: A tossing game apparatus and method is provided utilizing a compactable shield launching device, including a base, a shield support pivotally mounted to the base, with a shield positioned on the shield support. A launching device may be supported independently or off of the shield support to create a solid or compactable launching device which is selectively positionable in both an extended position and a flat compacted travel position. A filling station is also described which is either solid or movable between an extended filling position and a reduced volume travel position. Further embodiments describe an apparatus and method for constructing a balloon tying station off of a water hose faucet utilizing at least two spaced support surfaces defining a central tying opening, tube, half pipe, or tying device.
Abstract: An evaporative cooling apparatus is provided that may be quickly deployed to cool an area. The apparatus is preferably self-contained or substantially self-contained. The apparatus can be either a dedicated trailer with a conventional draft vehicle or a vehicle itself or a permanently dedicated apparatus. The apparatus creates an evaporatively cooled volume of air with fine entrained water droplets suspended therein. The apparatus transfers the cooling suspension to an area to be cooled proximate the apparatus.
Abstract: Multiple range-of-motion mower deck support arm apparatus and kits are provided to improve the lateral float of a mower deck. Rod end bearing are utilized to provide an additional range of motion to prior art vertical only designs. The present invention utilizes a front left floating arm, a front right floating arm, a back left support assembly, and a back right support assembly which are all pivotally supported from the existing frame connection apertures and the existing mower connection apertures to vertically pivot in relation to the mower deck and vertically, horizontally, and rotationally pivot in relation to the lawn tractor frame.
Abstract: A screed with a trussed beam having a cross-section in the geometrical shape of an equilateral triangle used to support tools for working plastic concrete. The beam is supported between spaced apart, wheeled carriages riding forms bounding the plastic concrete. The beam is oriented such that the cross-sectional triangle is inverted with the wide base at the screed top and the apex at the bottom. The inverted triangular truss beam has sufficient space to suspend working tools substantially within the peripheral edges of the beam. The screed uses upstanding integral outriggers so that the pitch at the center of the screed can be adjusted exteriorly to the pour site. A rotary spreader displaces concrete forwardly without deleteriously compressing it as the screed moves forwardly.
Abstract: A vertically and angularly adjustable dumbbell holder is provided which allows for positioning of the dumbbell for various exercises. Multiple dumbbells may be supported from a single elongated weight bench and angularly and vertically positioned for a variety of exercises. The dumbbells are held in position by side supports when the dumbbell handles are used as a base support for exercises.
Abstract: A conveyor oven for cooking food items, having a conveyor belt that passes through the oven. The conveyor belt may include a plurality of tablets composed of a stone-like material attached to a stainless steel linking assembly, or alternatively, a drive chain. Infrared radiation heat sources are provided above and below the conveyor belt. Food passing through the oven on the conveyor belt is cooked by heat transferred directly from radiant heat sources. Cooking is also facilitated by heating stone-like tablets of the conveyor belt with infrared heat sources inserted inside the conveyor belt loop. Heat is transferred from the tablets to the food items, producing superior qualities in the cooked food. Waste heat is reduced by providing a means for automatic control of the heating elements.

Abstract: The present invention efficiently and safely combines directed air flow for drying and heat removal with panel infrared emitters that provide thermal energy for curing LPI solder mask and legend inks onto printed circuit boards being transported though an area with pneumatic and radiant processes occurring simultaneously. The internal geometric configuration of the apparatus and high velocity input air results in an airflow stream in relation to the panel infrared emitters that ensures any flammable vapors are kept separated from the infrared emitters.
Abstract: A light source switched on and off by direct means or being signaled to be switched by an alternate mechanism, and powered by direct electrical circuits, derivations of such direct circuits, or direct battery sources, to power said light source to shine such that a vehicle/equipment can be maneuvered to bring said light source to the same location on the vehicle/equipment thereby providing precise location of the vehicle/equipment.
