Abstract: A stackable washer tossing game apparatus and method of play which allows a player to easily stack, store, and transport the scoring boxes. The apparatus incorporates a removable center scoring pin with the game. The apparatus also comprises a scoring box having an inside gripping surface which minimizes bounce of the washers used in the game. The apparatus further comprises washers having an impact absorbing coating which further minimizes bounce. The washers of the apparatus having an outside diameter or periphery which has a plurality of dimples or serrations which further minimizes rolling of said washers.

Abstract: A high efficiency ultrasonic surgical aspiration tip apparatus and accompanying method for surgical use. The apparatus has one or more substantially “V” or “U” shaped cuts in a contacting. The apparatus and method of use provides a cutting action at the contacting end when the tip is ultrasonically excited. The apparatus and method of use further provides a substantially uniform ultrasonic and aspiration field due to the positioning and shape of the substantially “V” or “U” shaped cuts. The aforesaid further allows a surgeon to position the ultrasonic generator handpiece at any rotational angle for provision of the benefits cited.
Abstract: A grave marker and lighting apparatus and method of use having an interchangeable illuminated form which may take the form of a lighted candle, a lighted Christmas tree, a lighted floral arrangement, a lighted flag, or any other illuminated form to commemorate an occasion or season. The apparatus having a photovoltaic cell to charge internal batteries and a photoconductive cell to signal electronic circuitry to turn on the illuminated form during nighttime hours. The apparatus further includes a unique plate extension mounting portion for attachment to a tombstone and base extending anchors for ground securing.
Abstract: A device allowing engagement of a conventional keyed deadbolt lock tumbler assembly without use of a key is provided. The device is assembled around the tumbler assembly and is fitted into a standard:door lock cut-out. The device includes a rotatable ring extending substantially around the periphery of the device. At rest the rotatable ring is biased in an original starting position. Upon overcoming the bias, the rotatable ring is moved to a second engaging position. Upon release of the rotatable ring the ring is biased back to the original position, while at the same time the deadbolt remains engaged. The biasing back of the device prevents the lock from binding or jamming.
Abstract: A height and angle adjustable bed having a rolling base which utilizes a unique pivoting base having castors and a unique support arm assist spring mechanism. The pivoting castor base allows movement of the bed in any direction on the plane of the floor when also positioned at any user desired height while also providing a stable and lockable support for the bed. The support arm spring mechanism provides an initial assist force when the bed is in a nearly or fully lowered position and thereby minimizes the force required by the linear actuators used to raise the bed.
Abstract: A system and apparatus for creating an angle adjustable retaining wall or fencing system which allows an installer to create a retaining wall, bin, fence, or related structure which may be placed with continuous angles between wall sections. The apparatus comprises one or more posts each having a special formed primary slot and one or more planks each having specialty sliding pins mounted within holes on the ends of the planks. The ends of the planks with the slidable pins fit within and are secured by the primary slots and are able to angularly move internally and externally to the primary slot while maintaining structural integrity in all axis. The plank movement allows for angles between wall sections which are not exactly 90 or 180 degrees.
Abstract: An apparatus for positive water retention and circulation in single entrance pipe water storage tanks having an arrangement of directional flow check valves coupled to allow injection of water entering the tank at a different level than water exiting the tank. In a preferred embodiment water enters the tank at a higher level than water leaving the tank. The arrangement minimizes thermostratification within the tank in warmer months and further helps to minimize surface ice buildup in colder months.
