FIG. 3 shows a bottom plan view thereof.

FIG. 4 shows a front side elevational view thereof.

FIG. 5 shows a rear side elevational view thereof.

FIG. 6 shows a right side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 shows a left side elevational view thereof.

FIGS. 2-7 are shown on an enlarged scale as compared to FIG. 1. The dashed lines on the edge of the pad are understood to represent stitching.
